We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining. Spacious 3000 sq ft, 4+ BR (3 Master Suites), 3.5 BA home with open floor plan. Located on the 4.5 MM of the Big Niangua arm.

This home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding. Sleeps up to 14 people. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax and sun on the lower deck and dock, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle!

Boat and jet-ski rentals available. The dock offers 2 - 10 x 24 boat slips, as well as 2 large swim decks. Public boat ramp available and on-property trailer parking. Start your vacation in Style!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. Views of the lake were amazing and the dock made for some good fishing and swimming. Host was very friendly.

Great Getaway!

If you are looking for a secluded spot to chill with some friends for a couple nights on the lake this is for you! Had about 6 other friends join me for four nights and it was perfect, very relaxing spot by the lake.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

Great location

The trip was great. Location and the docks were great to be on all day and night. The house just needs some updating inside but plenty of space. The owner is and was very nice.

Amazing View

The views from every deck of this house are gorgeous, and the dock is so great to hang with the family and sunbathe! The boat delivery recommendation was a huge plus as well! Great stay! No complaints

Great house on the lake!

We stayed here for a family vacation/getaway and had a wonderful time! The location was perfect for us and the house was clean and had plenty of space. The owners were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I'd come back again and again!

Birthday weekend

The house was nice enjoyed our stay kids swam fished a lot of boats made fishing off the dock a little difficult due to waves some stairs and we had older adults but we did manage and had a good time

Perfect place for a family getaway

Everything is exactly like it’s shown in the pictures. Darren was a very friendly and responsive host. The lake view is amazing. We prepared several meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was super clean, and pet friendly was a plus! Even though it was a gray, Fall weekend, we loved sitting on the dock and decks and watching the water. Know before you go, there are lots of stairs. I can’t wait to book it again in the summer for another family trip!

Multi-family vacation

We had a great time gathering our families together for a long weekend getaway. The house was better than advertised and the owner was very good at communicating and being helpful with any questions. I highly recommend the nearby boat rental, recommended by owner, who were very good as well. This is a great property for a multi-family or large family getaway.

Fishing trip

Had a group of 11 guys. The house was plenty big for all of us. Went fishing and had the most success we have ever had. Great location!!

Five old guys needing a break from life

easy check in easy check out. Great location on the lake house was great for five of us well stocked. Great views. Loved the pool table. Dock was a great place to unwind and throw a line in caught several catfish. Owner was more than accommodating to our every request. Can't wait to book again next year our new favorite place on the lake

Spring Break 2023 (9 days)

The house has a wonderful view of the water! Our family fished a lot and could spread out on the large dock and enjoy hanging out for hours! The men also went trout fishing at Bennett Springs. The kids had some friendly competition with the adults at the ping pong table and the pool table as well!

Nice spot on the lake!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. We've stayed up closer to Osage Beach before, but we liked how this part of the lake toward Camdenton is a little less active. In general, it's a more "sleepy" area than further north on the lake. This house isn't glamorous by any means, but it had what we needed and was clean. We were satisfied with it. If anything, a few of the mattresses will eventually need replaced, but because of the great communication with the owner, he seemed to take this one-on-one feedback seriously. For that, I went ahead and rated everything a 5.

Perfect family getaway!

The property was perfect for a family gathering at the lake on a quiet post holiday week. The open floor plan worked well for allowing everyone to be together. The three master suites were convenient, each with its own full bath. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The dock was close to the house without a ton of steps. We enjoyed swimming and fishing. Darren was responsive when we had a question and checked on us to make sure that everything was perfect. We were able to rent a boat through Lake Runners, which was very convenient. They delivered the boat to the dock and picked it up at the end of our stay. It was a very nice vacation home that we will definitely return to.

Great lake house in the Ozarks

This is a very nice house with a lake side view and a dock. There are three bedrooms with bathrooms- very nice for couples staying together. A fourth bedroom has 2 bunkbeds for plenty of extra space. The kitchen has lots of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans for cooking. The appliances are all very good. We were very happy to find such a spacious place which was pet friendly for our family to have Thanksgiving together. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of space to dine and hang out. We didn't get to use the dock because it was November but the area is still beautiful place to go in the fall. There are hiking areas close by and Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a neat place to visit. Darren is very responsive and a friendly host. Our family had a lot of fun here and made some special memories.
