Meticulously cared for 5 bedroom, 3.5 Bath home is bright and spacious offering a large open family/living/dining area, hardwood floors throughout, plus a gourmet kitchen with designer cabinets, pantry and extra large granite island and countertops. Built in 2015, this home sleeps 12-14, including two en-suite master bedrooms. Hot tub and outdoor shower. Deck with Weber gas grill. Short walk to beach.
First floor (must walk up steps): Family room/ dining area/ kitchen, outdoor deck with grill, pantry, small office, powder room, laundry room, BR1 Queen bed w/ en suite bath.
Second floor: BR2 King bed w/ en suite bath, BR3 Queen bed, BR4 two Full beds, BR5 two bunk beds (4 twins), Hall bath w/ double sinks.
Ground level: Garage, storage area with second refrigerator, access to large outdoor shower and hot tub.
2 week minimum stay.

A great week in Manaloking

The house is spacious and clean. Beach access is easy and the beach is amazing. The host provides all that you need to have a wonderful family vacation. The location is perfect, close to some excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and built in gas grill.

Wonderful 2 weeks in Mantoloking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week getaway to Mantoloking. The owners, Christine and Carl, were very attentive throughout our stay. The home was perfect for our family. We loved the open floor plans and high ceilings on the 1st floor and were so pleased to arrive to a very well stocked kitchen, from pots and pans, to tableware and glassware, to household items. There was plenty of seating around the large island and dining table and the couch in the living area was very comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms were all very clean and spacious, and had large closets and comfortable beds. Because of Covid we brought our own bedding and towels but the home was stocked with ample bed and bath items. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoos and paper products which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and outdoor shower very much. The deck furniture was very comfortable and we used the spa many times after our days at the beach. It was a very nice feature of the home. The proximity to the beach is another great feature of this home. All you have to do is cross Ocean Ave and Carrigan Beach is a few minute walk away. We absolutely loved this beach. It was very wide and never crowded. Many times during our 2 week stay, we felt like we were on a private beach. It was wonderful. We definitely recommend this home and will return. Thank you Christine and Carl for sharing your home with us!

Beach getaway

Perfect house a block away from the beach with everything one needs for a family getaway. The owner is extremely responsive and thoughtful.

Comfortable, well equipped house, well located

Our family had a lovely stay at this comfortable, well equipped house. It worked well for adults and children alike. The large island and outdoor space with the grill made meals easy. The hot tub was big hit and the close proximity to the beach, as well as the shops and restaurants in Bay Head and Pt. Pleasant, made everything convenient. Christine, the owner, was helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great week!

Great home for vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was clean, everything was provided, and the owners were extremely responsive when we contacted them with questions, etc. Liked the convenient walk to the beach. The only suggestion would be to provide a few more beach chairs. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The house was wonderful! Clean bright and more than enough room for our family.

Excellent! We could even take our dog! The only thing missing were some bikes! We love to take bike rides and were somewhat disappointed they did not provide them.

Mantoloking is a quiet residential town. Bay Head is directly to the north and offers a small downtown area including a bar, restaurant, luncheonette, small shops, and famous Mueller's bakery. Bay Head's town center is about a mile away, a healthy walk or a short bike ride if you choose to bring your bicycles. Point Pleasant Beach is the next town north of Bay Head and has a family boardwalk, and lots of restaurants and attractions. South of Mantoloking is Normandy Beach and Lavallette with lots of the Jersey shore attractions including restaurants, shops, mini golf, and lots of pizza and ice cream. Further south is the larger Seaside Heights Boardwalk.
