Beautiful lake-centric home perfect for large families or executive retreats. Unique design with two-story wall of glass for exceptional lake views. Massive multi-level deck with screen room. Jacuzzi.

Wooded walkway from deck to double-slip covered dock. This is one of the largest homes on the lake - each of the 7 bedrooms has private baths. Additionally there are two separate loft areas, one with four twin beds, the other with two twin beds.

The property is convenient to I85, just 5 miles off either exit 173 or exit 177. A public boat ramp is located within 1 mile of the home.

A GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY

Very comfortable hide-a-way spot to just relax and enjoy a fabulous ambiance, the lake was soothing, the balcony and deck was a delight and the jacuzzi was the highlight of it all.My family was there with me celebrating my birthday and I don't think going out of country would have been better.Torrell

Family Christmas! Awesome!!

We could not ask for a better place to host our family during Christmas. The house was spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will definitely keep Hartwell Manor high on our list for any future gatherings.

Ceremony weekend

The owner was generous to let me have a small family wedding on the property. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the property has gorgeous views. Highly recommend this house and May rent again for a family reunion.

Serenity Now!

Beautiful Lot on a quiet cove, loved the large dock with canoes, AquaCycle™️, and noodles. Large clean house with a well stocked kitchen. Amazing outdoor spaces with screen porch and deck. Our group of 16 will definitely be back!

Fantastic property!! Although we had two days of rain, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and all of the conveniences the owner provided in this home. Our group of 16 had plenty of space. Two kitchens were a bonus! Beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED it!

Everything from the greeting to the departure was near perfect! Words can’t describe how beautiful and CLEAN this place was! Oh, and the place was stocked with EVERYTHING! If there was one thing that would have made it 100% perfect, it would be adding TVs to each of the bedrooms on the top level☺️ Definitely looking to book here again next year!

Can I give more than 5 stars?

You walk in and it is stunning. Sometimes on these sites the pictures do not match how beautiful it is. The house manager had amazing communication with our group. We loved so many things about this property, with the screened in porch being very very high on our list. If you are thinking about booking here, you will not be disappointed!

Better than expected

The house is amazing! And so well stocked with items you might need as well as things you might want to do (e.g. games). The views of the lake are breathtaking. Our only regret is that it was too cold to really appreciate the outdoor spaces and the lake itself. We plan to return again soon.

AMAZING!!!

10/10Absolutely Breathtaking!!!I can not say enough about this home. We had 20 ladies for a retreat. It was like being at a spa. When the ladies arrived, their mouths dropped at how beautiful it is. All of the rooms are spacious. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The two kitchens are completely stocked for 20 people. The outdoor areas have breathtaking views. All of the little extras were noticed; water bottles in the little fridge, fresh flowers and candy dish. We had a couple of minor hiccups, but Ted was quick and gracious to take care of them immediately. I would absolutely recommend this home for anyone with a large group. The pictures are great, but the real thing is unbelievable! Thank you for making our weekend wonderful. We will definitely be back next year!

Ladies Prayer Retreat

This house is stunning! The kitchen and the dining area easily accommodated our group of 14 ladies. It was awesome to find a place with so many regular beds (not cribs or futons) and plenty of bathrooms. The only suggestion I have would be to add more seating in the living room. The owner was very responsive and the house was well-stocked. Would definitely stay again.

This property manager thought of everything. All we needed to do was by the food. The house had everything else from plates to glasses right down to soap to clean dishes. If you are looking for an all inclusive rental this is you choice. This property was simply amazing. !!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute GEM

The property is amazing, 7 King Size Beds were amazing for large groups of adults who wanted to hang out, enjoy the hot tub, cook food, and play board games. Only very minor quirks - neighborhood skunk who made his presence known. The nearest grocery stores are a bit away, but if you're looking to get away, this place is a complete GEM.
