Luxurious & Spacious Lake Hartwell Home near Clemson, Anderson, and Greenville.

Thank you for leaving a review. The home does offer so much space for family gatherings. We are glad you enjoyed the home.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the spacious layout and well-equipped kitchen. We're glad those features helped make your family's stay enjoyable. We're genuinely sorry that aspects of your booking and communication did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a welcoming and positive experience, and we appreciate your feedback. We would also like to note that your stay took place over a major holiday weekend, during which we offered your group an exceptional discounted rate that was significantly below our standard holiday pricing. While we were happy to extend that courtesy, our goal was still to provide the same level of hospitality we aim for with every reservation. We appreciate your kind words in recognizing that we are good people, and we will continue working to improve our communication so future guests have an even better experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property's location, lake views, spacious layout, ample parking, outdoor amenities, and that our team was responsive during your stay. We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to us. Following your feedback, we have addressed the items you mentioned with our cleaning and maintenance teams, including reviewing kitchen inventory, removing any leftover items, replacing worn grill-cleaning tools, and ensuring all amenities are properly stocked for future guests. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the experience for everyone who stays with us. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.
