A stunning sea view villa, secluded in an elite area with setting, very comfortable and owner maintained, set on two levels. Furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped inclusive of satellite TV along with Sky pay channels; DVD; wireless internet; Music Centre, hot/cold air-conditioning to all bedrooms, gas heating to main rooms. Double glazed throughout. Very spacious, relaxing and comfortable outside Naya area with summer kitchen and barbecue, providing undercover from all day sun facilitating outside dining/refreshments area leading to large sun terrace with panoramic views and 9 x 4 heated pool. Several small terraced areas providing peace and tranquillity. Large garden area with variety of trees and plants and has romantic setting under shaded palm trees overlooking the dramatic sea views by day through to gorgeous sun set with multiple coloured skyline at night. Two separate living rooms; one very large upstairs with great views and dining area with fireplace, and kitchen, the other downstairs leading to main kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs also has a separate glassed room for breakfast/dining or relaxation . Fully accessible by car, facilitates multiple vehicles. Huge variety of outstanding family restaurants and bars for all ages and all within walking distance situated within Moraira town centre; Moraira is a beautiful up-market, friendly and unspoilt Spanish Town, without higher rise, incorporates quality shops, a quant marina plus two superb sandy beaches with many more and excellent golf nearby.
Accessibility; Property is 8 minutes by car from main town area. Taxi service is good and reliable and always available to/from Moraira town.
Outside; Secluded and private garden and terrace with Mediterranean plants, trees and terracotta pots and flowers. Set on three levels and paved. Backs onto well maintained Government trust woodland area. Terrace has fantastic large Naya with built in barbecue and bar area. Sun beds, tables, chairs and sun bathing equipment available. 9 x 4 heated swimming pool. With such stunning sea views and tranquillity it provides peaceful and pure relaxation for the less active, active swimmer, and family of all ages.

Beautiful Villa
The Villa has the mist amazing views, it is spacious with everything that you need. We stayed their as a family of 7 including grandchildren and had the best holiday yet. We are fitter though with the hills but you dont get the views without being high up. We didn't hire a car which some people would need but the taxis where plentiful. It is a 20 minute walk to town, 2 beaches and the supermarket, 15 minutes to the nearest bar so a lovely walk there down hill but a taxi back. My grandchildren did not want to leave and neither did I. Fantastic place couldn't rate it any higher loved ever second there.

Fantastic villa with a view
A lovely villa with a great pool with a view of the ocean. With the outdoor kitchen & bbq, we enjoyed eating many a bbq’s enjoying the views with a sunset. The villa was just as seen in pictures & description, & as a family can’t wait to go back there.

Our intention is to spend several weeks of the year at the villa and it is our home, and not somewhere just to rent out. We are the second owner of the property during its lifetime of 35 years, and it has been extremely well maintained and cared for, and used by three generations of family. We fell in love with Moraira instantly when we found it, it has everything you would want for an enjoyable and everlasting holiday memory, a fantastic place to spend quality time with family, friends or even alone if you require a short break from the pace of “working life”. Our long term plan is to retire there.

The villa is particularly well equipped and well placed to enjoy a quality vacation. As this is a 'home' rather than just a holiday villa, the fittings and fixtures are of an exceptional quality and we will ensure if required there is a welcome pack of food and drink to see you through to the following day, so you really can just come in through the front door, unpack and relax. It boasts fabulous panoramic sea and mountain views that many comment on and remember. We are keen gardeners and enjoy good decor, and seek to continually improve the décor of such a quality villa. The solar heated pool, terraces - with both sun and shade, table tennis, outside summer kitchen and with a new barbecue and many outdoor dining spaces mean that guests often spend most of their stay at the villa. This is a very private and safe villa in a totally walled garden with electric gates at the end of a very quiet road. It has ample parking space within the premises for several vehicles, and has one garage.

Stunning Views from every part of the house be it in the Day or Night.The whole area is outstandingly beautiful where one can take in the the tranquillity and serenity that nature offers an experience of a lifetime, unspoilt by over development, very green with mountains and much of the land is protected trust land and the coastline is some of the most spectacular in Spain. Moraira is high end quality and a very pretty 'real town', very safe to live in and walk around at night and with a lovely old part and a newer area which has been developed very sympathetically. It has sophisticated shops and restaurants as well as local tapas bars and boutiques and of course, the marina which is gorgeous. The town is vibrant, well managed and offers that “green’ environment. There are no higher rise buildings apart from two smaller legacy buildings which are not on the tourist path. It is a very clean and green environment, with plants everywhere, and is a really pretty town! It is an area considered by the World Health Organisation to have one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world. Moraira has been sympathetically developed, retaining all the old Spanish charm, and is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. The town has a blue flag award-winning, clean and safe sandy beach, as well as another lovely sandy cove at El Portet.
On a clear day, magnificent views include east to Ibiza, Calpe’s famous Penon de Ifach and the stunning Montgo or 'Elephant' mountains. Access is exceptionally simple via the motorways and roads: Trains run into the heart of Valencia for day-trips and Barcelona and Madrid are within easy reach. And of yes, quality shopping areas aren’t far away in Alicante and Benidrom.
