Very nice place

Nice community, house provided all the amenities needed for 6 adults. We visited lots of family members and we were able to have other family members over for supper, kitchen big enough to cook in and lots of seating

Nice home

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but we enjoyed the home, the backyard was nice. I would recommend this home, especially to families

We had plenty of room and hosts were helpful on our check in. The back yard was a delight. Wish we had an option to heat the pool we had weather of 100 average. It was nice having a cleaning crew come in they were fantastic. We wish we could have had a way of cooling the house down due to very hot weather. Maybe we should have called the host to help us with that. One more thing it would be nice to be able to put car in garage due to the hot weather. Maybe that could be an idea for others.We want to thank the host for opening up there house.

Great Location For Working Nearby and Commuting back and forth to Tucson.

Everything went well. Check-In communication, and communication during our stay was great. Everything was stocked well. I cooked some cupcakes in the kitchen and wished there was just a little bit more light! Otherwise, the pool was nice and the location was perfect for our needs. Thank you.

Family gathering

The group was three siblings and spouses. The stay was very enjoyable. The lemon tree was LOADED. We made two lemon meringue pies and drank lemon drop several evenings. There were a couple of issues that were handled timely by the property manager. We certainly rebook if we are going back to the area

Great for couples

This home had a great kitchen, lovely backyard with pool and jacuzzi. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths perfect for three couples. Convenient location. I gave it 4 stars because the towels were terrible. They looked like old rags. I have rented many homes, so want to be honest for the next renter. For the price we paid, I expected better.

Great location/nice layout

The layout of this house was very nice for family gathering - allowed us to spread out but still be in contact and nice having some bedrooms upstairs for those who might like to retire early or sleep late. We visited a cool time of year but still enjoyed the hot tub/spa - I could see getting the use out of the pool area more in a warmer month. A very quiet neighborhood and we did make use of the park down the street with our 7 year old. Location is close to major expressways so easy to get to including the airport. The island in the kitchen is nice and big for eating/prep/place for snacks. We enjoyed our time at the house and in Arizona visiting friends and family.

Great house

Booked for Thanksgiving weekend. Spacious comfortable home with an awesome Pool and Spa. Located in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to everything. The owners were incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs.

Very nice house

Very nice place and it was convienent to get to a grocery store and coffee shop and places like that. It was also in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to sit and relax in the house, but if you want to be in the center of tourist activities they are all a drive away.

Nice house, nice host

The home was clean, roomy, had everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Backyard and pool area are both nice, a little tight to move around. Would stay here again.

Awesome!!!

Very clean spacious and comfortable home. Hot tub was perfect and the owner was very accommodating and responsive hope to stay here again. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood and the home is equipped with everything you would need there! Five stars!!!!

Roomy, quiet, well organized

We stayed on a business trip and found the house very easy to figure out, pleasant to be in and very welcoming. Plenty of instructions for anything more complex (the coffee machine was great!) and everything laid out simply so we didn't have any difficulties finding necessities or silverware. The owner checked in via the HA app and was super responsive when the AC needed some configuring. Highly recommend the place for families or work travel. Didn't get to use the pool much, but the backyard is beautiful, with a lemon tree and even a gecko on the wall ever so often. Friendly, quiet neighborhood, shops and restaurants in walking distance. If you like to walk or run, there is a neat trail going through the back yards and to the pond.

Beautiful home

House was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything available that we needed. Pool is unheated so cold in March but for a fee the spa can be heated which we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. Excellent communication with owner before and during rental time.

Relaxing, comfortable getaway

Thanks Kevin for letting us stay in your home! Home was very inviting. When we were home, we mostly enjoyed the backyard. The oasis feel to it was perfect. The spa was a daily treat. We wished we could have enjoyed the pool but it was too cold (It's March so we figured it would be). The kids had a blast, the dog enjoyed laying in the grass sun bathing. Location was great. We walked to the park, freeways were easy to get to, grocery store and food was nearby. Very convenient. In-n-out is 5 mins away! Thanks again Kevin for everything!

House was as described

Our stay was great. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed plus more. Our host was very responsive and even proactively accommodating. The pool was so nice to retreat each day and the house is close to the freeway and centrally located in Chandler. We had two dogs with us and it was friendly for them, too. We felt very at home for our 2+ weeks, not like visitors. Thank you for a great stay.

Summer Fun

From booking to checkout my family and I were more than satisfied with our stay. Driving with 4 kids ages 7, 4, 3 and 1 as well as a dog. Kevin was always friendly and professional. He provided alot of great information to help with our stay as well as accommodated to our dog which I know he did not have to do. We are truly grateful he did though. Furthermore, the home was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The home was very clean and provided more accommodations than most. The pantry was full of food and drinks as well as spices. Lots of towels which was very nice due to the pool. Being in Phoenix during the month of Jul the pool was my families saving grace. We spent most of our time swimming in the beatiful pool, which Kevin provided all the floats needed. If we were not in the pool we were watching movies on the surround sound. This home has it all. The home is in beautiful Chanler. Chandler is a newly built up town that offers alot of accommodations as well. Only about 15 mins from the new Sea Quest Aquarium and ample amounts of restaurants. Additionally, the neighborhood has many running trails near and around it if your like me and like a morning run. My family and I strongly recommends this home. If we are ever in phoenix again I known my first contact well be Kevin. My kids still talk about the fun they had whIle staying in Phoenix. Thank you Kevin!
