This place was delightful and located on a beautiful property with a lake view and lovely plantings. It was very quiet and we could walk to the downtown area. It was very clean and we had a lovely stay.

Perfect location, Great town, Beautiful lake... Walked in the door and felt right at home. Clean little home in the perfect property. Loved every minute I was there and look forward to coming back to the area in the future.

Great stay!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Beautifully landscaped grounds with private pier and excellent lake views. Our host, Jessica was great to work with. Would recommend!

Very quaint and quiet cottage reminded me of my childhood homes. I was pleasantly surprised of the amenities provided by host. Location was ideal to visit surrounding towns and attractions. Galesville had attractive eateries, attractions, and necessary facilities. My only complaint would be that living room TV be upgraded or changed to allow more conventional streaming instead of LG programming.

Thank you Robert for staying at the Lake House. I will look into options for the TV - we just bought it last year and I thought there was more to offer than just the LG options. We will look into adding a Roku or something more to it. I really appreciate the feedback!

Cozy and comfortable! We stayed here while visiting our son at UW LaCrosse for family weekend. Downtown is super cute, too. Hosts are easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed our stay.
Lake is very calm and peaceful!

Very quiet! Nice layout and easy to maneuver from room to room. Toilet area very tight when using, but the house is an older home so can't change that. Didn't use steps to water front as we are older and the steps were steep. Steps coming into house more difficult to use as they were higher than normal. Only 1 railing to use and that was too large to hold on to. Other than those features, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Lake getaway!

We had a great time at the lake this weekend. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Great getaway with all the amenities and then some.

Very clean and cozy home. Loaded with so many extra amenaties which was perfect for our young kids. It was steps aware from downtown and the lake access was great.

This was a beautiful property sitting on a small lake. It is an older home, but it was clean. The outside landscaping needs some work, but has many beautiful areas. The grass needed cutting, but we know summer gets busy. A box of Kleenex would’ve been nice in either the bedroom or bathroom. The location of the lock box could be different as it’s a little hard to get to. We had a great time. We visited some shops in Galesville and went over to Winona. We also took a cruise from the lacrosse area on the Mississippi river. I would say there’s plenty to do in the area if you’re willing to drive a little bit.

Cute Little house

We had a good time just hanging out in this wooded and secluded property with a dock fishing and using the pit fire. It was perfect for 4 adults.

Great stay. Had a fishing tournament and stayed the week. Ample parking for 2 to 3 trucks and boats. Good fishing off the pier.

Lovely vintage styled cabin. Well set up for 'lake time' and with the privacy we wanted. Host was engaged.

Just Right!

Needed a place for a weekend trip. Nothing fancy for the three of us. A place to sleep, fix a few meals, some privacy, easy access, no fuss. It was perfect! Easy check in, easy check out. Would stay again!

Quiet retreat

What a fantastic property to stay at and unwind, we enjoyed our stay from the beautiful views from on top of the bluff to the water views on the dock it it was very calming. It was a perfect getaway to reset and recharge. The wildlife in the area was very entertaining to watch, lots of bunnies and birds. We will definitely recommend.
