My family enjoyed their beach vacation. The condo had everything we needed. It was a quiet getaway from the hustle of the busier beach. Love Emerald Isle

We had a fabulous stay at the condo! It was right on the beach and we spent lots of time sitting on the back deck watching the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves, especially while enjoying our morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to cook with and we used the beach chair and umbrella that was in the garage. We loved cycling to town on the bikes and the bike locks and baskets came in handy when we went shopping. The owner was extremely responsive and suggested some places to visit and eat. Beaufort was a short drive with lots of cute shops and restaurants and Swansboro was also a short drive from the condo. We loved watching the sunrises on the beach and then going to The Point for spectacular sunsets. We would definitely stay at Paige’s place again!

Excellent beach location and access to the ocean, just steps away. Very pleasant complex. I LOVED the two tennis courts and the fact that in late October, they were not locked up and shut down. Be aware that linen service is not provided at this rental, so we brought our own sheets and towels. There are sheet sets in closets and drawers to use, and they need to be washed, dried, and folded back when you leave the property. The kitchen pot holders were frayed, food soiled, greasy and frankly, needed to be replaced, so bring your own, too. Other than this, the place was nice. Be aware that there are a few low steps within this rental (from the kitchen to the family room area and getting in and out of the back slider and front door), so if steps are a concern please take this into account when staying here. We were there in October and it was warm and so was the ocean water. The area was quiet and peaceful and the few folks staying in this complex all acted like responsible adults.

Hi Kevin, I’m so happy you all enjoyed your stay and hope you stay with us again! 🙂 I provide the options to use all provided linens and basic condiments and apologize that they were a bit messy. I will follow up with my cleaner. I try to save guests money on the typical linen rentals and groceries. There is a small step from the hall to the living room and at the front and rear doors. I may look into providing a small ramp to accomodate any handicapped guests in case that might help. Thank you again, Paige

It was so nice to have a place with all the extras provided that you may have forgotten to pack such as toilet tissue and paper towels, thus saving an unplanned trip to the store.

The condo was perfect. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was wonderful. The beach was right out side and loved sitting on the porch with a good book.

The property was an amazing. Paige was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The second bedroom is a full and twin bunk bed. Overall this place was perfect!!

The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We didn't leave the property! Paige was an excellent host and responded quickly to questions. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would have appreciated something printed in the property and some recommendations for local restaurants and things to do would have been nice.

We enjoyed our mid February stay. It was so nice not being surrounded by a for of snow up north. The house and location provided the perfect winter retreat. Only thing I would suggest is having a larger soup pot to cook in.Would definitely return.
