Our beachfront condo is just steps away from the gorgeous white sand and clear, calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. This one bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, full bathroom, washer & dryer and separate bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the private, spacious gallery/patio with panoramic views of the tranquil water and nearby Buck Island. Or take a short drive into Christiansted and experience one of the many fabulous dining options. There are two restaurants within walking distance.

Use our gear and snorkel right off the beach. When you have had enough sunning, swimming & snorkeling, take a dip in the crystal clear free-form, fresh water pool. The pool area features a historic 1700's Danish sugar mill with plenty of lounging area, BBQ grills for guest use and 2 lighted tennis courts - everything you could ask for in a Caribbean paradise.

Latitude Adjustment is clean and tastefully decorated with a Caribbean theme. Free wi-fi and satellite TV with DVD player. Conveniently located only 9 miles from the airport and 2 miles to downtown Christiansted. There's ample parking if you choose to rent a vehicle.

Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Very convenient location, minutes from downtown Christiansted and an easy drive to either end of the island and all the beaches in between. And of course, the clean, swimmable beach just a stone’s throw from the balcony.

Great Location and View!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The view is gorgeous and the location being right on the beach was ideal. The pool was relaxing and wasn’t busy at all during our stay.

The room had a spectacular view and the access to the beach is so convenient! The outside balcony space ended up being where we spent our evenings watching the sunset! The pool facility is very close and is beautiful! Appliances are updated! Bed is comfortable! We had a great time and will be back again!

A Beautiful Piece of Paradise

This little piece of paradise is such a wonderful place to unwind and relax with a view that is perfect! The owners were extremely helpful with every aspect of our visit. I highly recommend this property and I would go back again.

Amazing Condo and Location

The condo was in a perfect location . It was well stocked , even beach towels . I would definitely stay here again . And would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to St Croix ! The owners responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful!

Fantastic Stay

We loved the villa. It was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. The view is amazing. The pool and resort were wonderful. Pictures do not do the villa justice. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. This was our first trip to STX and we would definitely book this villa in the future.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with AC! The view was just as nice in person as n the pics. We loved being able to have breakfast on the porch and could transition to the beach easily. Having a decent restaurant/bar within walking distance was a plus. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was very well stocked and having beach towels and a cooler/beach chairs was a bonus.We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Very clean. Pictures dont do justice to how gorgeous the view is, it is stunning. Everything you would want for a relaxing vacation. Everything in perfect working order and kitchen had all utensils and items needed to properly cook at the condo. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and supplied helpful items such as a cooler and beach towels. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the beach is good for swimming. There was seaweed each morning but a crew removed it daily. Pool was wonderful and heated just enough so it was not chilly on breezy evenings. Great proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the many beautiful beaches of St. Croix, but also was quiet, serene and private being away from the center of Christiansted. Our only issue was with the Wifi initially but the hosts solved that quickly. The hosts made it super easy to check in and out with very clear directions for everything. They were very welcoming and kind. The condo complex as a whole is well kept and secure. We will definitely consider returning to this lovely place.

Sugar Beach

My wife and I stayed at Sugar Beach for our 5 year wedding anniversery. The room in which we stayed was very nice. The owners were very prompt on returning messages and were very easy to work with. The only down side was the seaweed on the beach. I know that it comes in in the summer months. However we visited several beaches in the area and they did not have seaweed. Sugar Beach is a beautiful beach minus the seaweed. This is obviously in way the owners fault. Overall I would give our stay at the Sugar Beach condos a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

So relaxing

This sweet condo offered everything we needed and wanted for our stay on St. Croix. The photos on the site do not do justice to it. The view from the gallery (balcony) was outstanding! The sound of the waves was so tranquil. The pool… AMAZING!!! We didn’t think we would use the pool much, we were wrong! This was our first time to the island. It will not be the last! I hope that we will be able to stay here when we are able to return. It is central to everything! Last, but certainly not least, the owners communicated promptly and went above and beyond answering our questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Another Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to St Croix for 15 years and Sugar Beach is always our go to location. This unit is particularly lovely and never disappoints. Centrally located, well maintained and one of the best views on the island. Just bring your suitcase - everything else is waiting for you. A well stocked kitchen (including a large crockpot!), snorkel gear, plenty of beach towels and chairs and a small cooler. Split unit A/C units for those hot days - otherwise the trade winds and open windows are just fine. There is also a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. The owners are super nice and very communicative. Stay here - you won’t be disappointed! See you next year 😁🏝️

Perfect stay

The owners were so kind….we ended up having to fly in a day earlier than planned due to hurricane Ian, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rental was lovely and the views are absolutely amazing.

Problems with the condo

Its dated, but it was fine as far as furniture. There were a few problems that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not work. Kept telling us the thermostat needed batteries. It was not communicating with the unit The T.V. didn't work. Although it was replace, it took over a week, almost when it was time for us to leave. A week before the arrival date, we were informed that the washer and drier broke. No where to wash our clothes, as the community drier was out of service. We could wash our clothes had to take it to the condo wet and where were we suppossed to hang them?? The lock box work sometimes, it was getting stuck My husband and I have experienced with lock boxes as we had rental properties and used them. A new one was needed. The front door needed to be fixed, as it looks like someone try to break in. We were told its taking 2yrs to replace. The mats in the bathroom looked dirty and needed to be changed. Full of stains. The fan was our only way of getting any air to move about, as we couldn't open the door, due to the extreme amount of Sargassum. The smell was unbearable, and as we know this is nature, but because not having the air conditioner working it made it worst. I reacted and became sick. The fan we were using had Sargassum attached to the back and it was all rusted and dirty. The view was fantastic, and if it wasnt for the Sargassum, we would have been able to enjoy it. The kitchen was stock with the necessities. Suggestions, the window coverings in the master are of a velvet type fabric. Maybe use something lighter, that would still would block the light, for daylight sleepers. We asked to get an adjustment on the price, due to the issues, but that was never address by owner/mgmt

Getaway in Paradise!

The property is centrally located. A beautiful pool that is well maintained. Loved the gallery looking out over the Caribbean Sea and listening to the waves any time of the day or night.

Nice location

Really enjoyed the quiet setting and beachfront location. The provided beach chairs and small cooler was great. Kitchen was well stocked, enjoy this day. Would stay again.

Paradise....perfect location to explore the entire island!

This beachside unit was so awesome and the view from the living room and balcony was outstanding! It was packed full of everything you need. No need to buy extras. There were several condiments and kitchen/ bathroom items available. The bathroom was recently remodeled and beautiful! Everything you might want to do is close by, and we strongly recommend renting a jeep and exploring the island. We felt very safe and welcome everywhere we went. All beaches are open to the public, so go exploring. The Landing Beach Bar at Cane Bay was our favorite beachside restaurant and Ama for more of an upscale atmosphere. Take the full day Buck Island Snorkel trip...Caribbean Sea Adventures!! Josalyn was amazing to work with. Very detailed, helpful and quick responses! Thank you, we hope to stay here again!!!! Improvement suggestions:: the master bedroom is in need of black out curtains. The laundry area, pantry, and closets could use some tidying up. Along with new white bath towels. Not owner related...Just a heads up...we got in very late and had trouble finding Sugar Beach. The GPS stopped us about 3 gated condo units too early...keep going up little further.

We Love St. Croix and Sugar Beach!

We have been going to various units at Sugar Beach for 14 years. This unit did not disappoint. The owners are fantastic. Can not speak more highly of their care and assistance. The only item that we did not discuss with them was the fact that the security lighting was recently changed in the complex and the master bedroom could use blackout type curtains to counter the new led security lights. Otherwise the owners have been awesome and we would absolutely stay here again. The unit itself was terrific and the pool at Sugar Beach is one of the best on island. Bravo to Tim and Jocelyn. Well done!! We came home and it was a great stay. For anyone who is considering renting this unit know that the beach and the water have what is called turtle grass which the sea turtles eat. The water is swim-able. The beach is a beach. Enjoy it and the view! The staff clean the beach of loose turtle grass daily. It is not seaweed. It’s just a thIng for the breeding and feeding of sea turtles. Good snorkeling at the reef and at the tire reefs and they have lots of sea life to see. Do it. There is lots of sea type activity to see from the gallery and amazing sunrises. The owner has some snorkeling gear and beach chairs.. Come to St Croix, stay at SugarBeach, shop at plaza extra and go visit our friends at IB designs, Joyia jewelry and Eat and swim at SandCastle on the beach in Frederiksted.

Needs a good cleaning!

We were so excited to get there, but the minute we walked in it smelled so bad. It smelled like a combination of mildew and cat urine. Ended up only staying there two nights, we tried to use Lysol spray but that didn’t work. The whole place needs a good cleaning from top to bottom, all the vents are very filthy and gross.

Loved St. Croix and enjoyed this beachside condo.

We have this a 4⭐️ because there were several things we liked and the owners are great. Being beachside was so awesome and the view from the living room and balcony was outstanding! Spotted lots of beautiful shells on our beach walks too. One thing we learned was to always check out your Vrbo before going to the grocery store. There were several condiments and kitchen/ bathroom items available, which was awesome because we didn’t have to buy them! Everything you might want to do is close by, and we strongly recommend renting a jeep and exploring the island. We felt very safe and welcome everywhere we went. The bathroom was recently remodeled and beautiful! The negatives were that the washer/dryer were not functioning properly so the towels & washcloths were stained and stiff (from being “line” dried vs tumbled). The laundry area, pantry, and closets could use some tidying up. You also have to walk around the side of the building to get to the beach and the side of the building had debris and garbage laying around, throughout our stay. We realize this is a maintenance issue of the building owner, not the condo owner, but still impacts guests so thought I’d mention. Overall, it was a great stay and beautiful property. We would definitely stay again.
