## Space

This home has generously sized areas with lots of natural light. There is an inviting south-facing covered porch, equipped with BBQ, and sink with storage, the perfect area for leisurely outdoor meals and evenings with family and friends.

The main hallway allows access to all areas of the house. The open plan living and dining room are on the left, with large glass doors opening to the porch and swimming pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and electric oven.

To the right of the entrance hall, we have the bathroom with a bathtub (the bathrooms all have tilt and turn windows) that is shared by the two bedrooms next to it. At the end of the corridor on the left, we have the third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes for your space and convenience.

## Neighborhood

The home is 5 minutes (by car) from the beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Amoreira, and also 5 minutes from local amenities such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and ATMs.

Vale de Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day to day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is located right in the middle between famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale de Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.

## Transit

From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale de Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.

## Notes

➤The house got freshly renovated in 2023. During this renovation the inside of the house was painted with a special mineral based organic paint. The paint has a slight smell to it, which will fade over time

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9 pm (late arrival possible upon request).
➤ Check-out time: before 10 am

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
