The property is great. Located within a block or two of restaurants, coffee house, a park, etc. Beds are comfortable. The host is wonderful. Communication was fast and easy.

We had an amazing stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all emails. The house was clean, location super convenient, and all in all a great home.

Our family of five, including our one year old grandson, enjoyed this lovely house during our daughter’s graduation from CU. It was just perfect and every detail was well thought out. Louisville is a short drive from Boulder, so it was nice to get out of the crazy graduation crowd and explore the cute downtown.

Great communication with the host! We loved the separation between the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, which worked really well for our family of 5. The home retains all the charm and character of 1891 but with all modern updates. The towels & toiletries provided gave a luxurious feel. Walkability to coffee shops & dining was great, too.

This was our 2nd time staying in Louisville. This property was lovely and perfect for us. It was within walking distance of all the downtown coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It was in reasonable driving distance to Boulder and Denver. It had a well equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The linens and towels were fluffy and plentiful, and the cute bunny sleeping under the tree in the back yard was a sweet bonus!

Trip to Colorado

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Perfect location for our visit to Louisville. Hostess was very easy to keep in touch with and we appreciated the amenities that were provided for us.

The house is very comfortable and clean. The location, one block from Main Street, is perfect. Short walk to restaurants, bars, etc. We would like to come back

The location is perfect and the house is charming! Very clean, beautiful back yard, and quick and easy communication with the host. The layout of the house is great for a family with a room on the front for kids and a perfect bedroom/bathroom on the back by the back yard for adults to move around the house after bedtime without issue.

The house was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Plenty of room for our family of four (two teens). The owner was responsive and accommodated our multiple needs. Highly recommended!

Weekend in Louisville

This house is well kept and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed there. Walk to town was great.
