It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The backyard was an adorable sanctuary. Close to Denver, airport and Boulder. Would stay here again.

It was fully equipped! We were in town to attend a wedding, and we needed to bake cookies. The hist had EVERYTHING we needed to mix and bake cookies. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The backyard was awesome for our dog too!

This property is in a great location located conveniently to downtown Louisville. Communication with the host was great! Very responsive! It has a great kitchen and very nice private backyard.

LOVEEEE this house!!! Truly our favorite ever. The home itself is so cute and comfy and special. The backyard is the true gem - a little private paradise. And only a short walk to downtown. Will definitely be back.

Everything by about this property was FANTASTIC! The owners clearly know what it takes to have an amazing experience at their house. We loved the location-perfect for Saturday farmers market shopping and crochet by delicious restaurants and cafes. The backyard was exceptional and we were able to spend sometime outside in the backyard even using the grill. 10/10 experience and will be back again!

We had a family wedding that was a 4 minute walk from this beautiful house, so many interesting and creative decorations and just all around clean and comfortable stay with thoughtful upgrades in the house. The backyard was also another beautiful retreat, it must be noted that the town was lovely and it had that safe small town feel that is missing in other areas. I can’t recommend this place enough the 5 star reviews are all well deserved for this VRBO

Great stay!

We felt right at home here. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe with lots of local restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed staying here!

Quirky layout (walk thru bathroom to bedroom), but nice big dining table (couch seating at table doesn’t work well) but really nice kitchen, open flow, nice appliances, well-equipped kitchen. Uneven heating (hot in bedroom, need sweater in kitchen). Very accommodating host, checked in frequently. Nice backyard. Overall, very pleased with stay.

Fantastic house

Two couples stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. Outstanding amenities and the host has thought of everything. Highly recommended.

Great location, very clean, comfy beds and Andrea is very responsive if you need anything. We have stayed here twice and will stay here again.

Amazing 5 days in this gem of a location, everything was perfect! Quiet, safe perfectly located to the old downtown corridor. Food aplenty, cute pubs, fun shopping. We jumped easily to Boulder, Rockies and Colorado Springs. Hosts were wonderfully communicative. Vinyl collection was fun with a fun nook to spin tunes and enjoy a local beer!

We had great communication with the host and easy checkin. We were in town for a baby shower. The house was very clean and had everything one needed. My son in law had to sleep on the sofa sleeper and he said it was comfortable. We felt the other beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely updated. The backyard was cute although we didn't have much time to use it. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, The house is close to downtown Louisville which is darling. The house does not have a true lawn (not sod) but with the water restrictions and drought Colorado has I am guessing it is the best solution. We had a great stay. Thank you
