We welcome you back anytime. It is a pleasure to see young families enjoy my little paradise with the children frolicking in the water, and gathering around a beach bonfire. Anytime I am blessed with laughter of children, I recognise how fortunate I am to live in such a safe and peaceful place.

I'm so sorry you felt uncared for. As you did not arrive until late in the evening, the hot tub had already been reserved, as you described, we do not take phone reservations, so that all guests get the same opportunity for times. We try to be as green as possible, thus not supplying paper towels, but rather rags that can be washed. Hair dryers are available at office, as was described, due to many hair dryers leaving the property by accident. The hot plate is actually a new induction stove in our newly renovated suites, that was accidentally locked, by wiping it off and pressing the child lock button. My first time having come across this problem, but unlocked after reading the instructions. The price claimed to be charged is totally false...$300 of the $1390 was a refundable deposit. We continue to address all constructive and accurate criticism to improve our property.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Difficult to keep out the spiders when we have a forest behind us. I will talk to the new cleaner about your concerns. We are at the office until 11 p.m should you need anything, or replacement articles. I will definitely make sure that I include the 15 klms north of Qualicum Beach. Tell your Mum that everyone loves my new masks.

I know that I must be doing something right when you have your repeat customers return in the same Summer. I look forward to seeing all your bonfire photo's. That frisky Otter that was taunting you in the kayaks has made his home under the garden shed. Don't forget we are only 40 minutes from Mount Washington, if you want to come and enjoy some winter fun.
