The moment we stepped into Daphne we knew we were going to have a great vacation! The location cannot be beat. The apartment was sparkling clean, appointed beautifully, and comfortable. The added perk of being able to do laundry (washer and dryer!) was such a huge help before we moved on to the next part of our trip. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back.

Apartment was perfect for our family. The A/C in the attic worked great in August! Apartment allowed for easy walkability to the sights. Would stay again!

Perfect spot and place!

This is the perfect location and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Place was simple, clean, and spacious. We would come back and rest a bit before heading out for dinner and loved sitting in the living room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and coffee in the morning.

Piazza Signoria

for locating the property, maybe suggest next to the Valentino store inside Piazza Signoria … that would be more helpful

Thank you for your valuable feedback! We're always looking for ways to make arrival even smoother. That's an excellent suggestion about referencing the Valentino store inside Piazza della Signoria for property location – it's a well-known landmark and would indeed be very helpful. We'll definitely incorporate this into our arrival instructions. We hope you had a wonderful time in Florence, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Perfect home base for Florence

It was very hot the afternoon we arrived so be greeted at the entry gate s swiftly taken to our lovely AC room was a welcome landing. Everything was beautifully decorated and just the right size for 3 of us (could have added another with comfort. Kitchen was great for mid day meals and breakfast and bathroom was well equipped. Even had a lift to the fourth floor location. Located in the center of everything and easily walked to all the sites. We’d definitely stay here again.

Luxury apartment in perfect location

This apartment exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t be more perfect, right on the Piazza della Signoria, facing the Palazzo Vecchio as you walk out of the building, a 5 minute walk up the charming Via dei Calzaiuoli to the Duomo, a 3 minute walk down to the Ponte Vecchio. Amazing cafes, restaurants, panini shops, bars, gelaterias, etc. all around. The apartment itself is very well appointed and has a luxurious feel. Check in was easy as can be. We booked only one day in advance and the hosts were very responsive and had everything ready for us. They have set up a website with instructions for everything you need, including photos and videos on how to get to the apartment, operate appliances, etc., along with recommendations for restaurants and shops. You’re basically getting travel agent services along with your rental. Can’t say enough about this place. We can’t wait to come back.

This was a pristine apartment perfectly located in the middle of everything. There was a historic heat wave when we were here, and the air conditioning worked fantastically. The elevator was great. And the shared laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement was well used by our family. We will definitely look at staying again next time we are in Florence.

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! Dealing with an historic heat wave is no small feat, so we are incredibly glad to hear that the air conditioning worked beautifully and kept everyone cool and comfortable. It is also great to know that the elevator and the shared laundry facilities in the basement added that extra layer of convenience to your family trip. It was a true pleasure hosting you all, and we would love to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to Florence!
