Nice apartment in a wonderful location. Our only issue was the A/C’s, they were regulated to a high temperature. Very uncomfortable sleeping at nights due to the poor A/C temperature limits.

Dear Rocco I sorry to hear that, most of all sorry you did not advise and give us the chance to check if everything was working properly. Previous guests seem not to have problems with the a/c.. actually everyone reported they were very happy with the a/c.. One thing is for sure, the a/c system we are allowed to provide (due to strict rules in the historical city center) are not able to reach 64 Fahrenheit (that by the way we consider insane) especially with the creamy outside weather we experimented all over Europe.. but it easily gets to 71/72 that is a really good and cool temperature. If you felt it was higher than that you could reach us and let us verify if something was wrong helping yourself and our upcoming guests. It’s always suggested to advise the host of any possible issue and give the chance to fix it. So again sorry for not fully enjoying your staying

Wonderful apartment. I would book this apartment again. It was clean, modern, and close to the sites. It’s off of the Main Street so there wasn’t any issues with street noise or shops below. This is by far the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in Italy so far

Very good apartment, perfectly situated to explore Florence. Our flight was delayed and contact with the owners was very easy and they were able to accommodate us arriving later than planned. The apartment had everything you needed, was a good size and on a side street so was not noisy at all.

Charming property in the best location

Loved our stay here - it is in the best location to enjoy all of Florence, with wonderful places to eat and visit right around the corner. Simona was a wonderful host and the property is both charming and clean with comfortable beds. Was the best place we stayed while in Italy! Highly recommend.
