Location and beach access were breathtaking!!

I loved this location!! Beach access was amazing even though you had to walk just a lil to get directly on the beach. The house itself was just as pictured for the most part, I did not notice the place didn’t have air conditioning which I’d be fine with if alll the windows had screens. Only a couple of them had screens so bugs definitely flew into the house especially after dark.(One of the girls got bitten by a mosquito we assumed) The shower still had hair in it so that part wasn’t okay. As for the rest of the house everything else was good. Downstairs had some pad locked doors and no signs labeling them so it was a bit scary at night especially to get down to the laundry room. It was a house with four ladies so we all forced each other down there together lol. That’s all for the inside. Now the patio was nice but be careful walking on all the boards out there, some of them needs to be replaced, it was loose and a bit scary to walk on in that corner. The hot tub was nice especially after our hike but it was filled with sand on the bottom that part was a bummer but we needed a soak. Maybe putting a bucket there to rinse your feet before you enter the tub would come in handy. That’s everything I could still think of, I still gave a five star review because the location and the place deserved it! Those were just some of the things we experienced on our stay that would improve the stay for other or ourselves again in the future. So book it those views/memories will be worth it!

Lovely beach house experience

Having the beach such a short walk away was amazing, we couldn’t get over how wonderful it was being able to walk out on the back deck and hear the waves. House was relaxing and clean. We can’t wait to stay here again, thank you for the great weekend.

It was okay at best

The property was outdated and the carpet smelled moldy. The view from the house was a sand dune. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad but the sand burs were bad.

This house has everything you will need. It is basic. You cannot really see the ocean from the windows. The carpet absolutely needs to go!!! Furniture is really old too. New mattresses are a must! We loved walking the beach, gazing at the ocean from their bench on a higher dune. Three couples, three queen sized beds, very good kitchen knives. Happiest of New Years to all!

Great location and beach house

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house furniture and decor is dated and carpet needs some attention but that didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. The beach just over the dunes was heaven! Great location for day trips to different towns.

A short walk through the dunes

This is a fabulous location. All you have to do to get to the wide sandy beach is to cross the deck and walk through the sand dunes. Also, there is a large hot tub, where you can listen to the sound of the waves as you soak. We used the house as a basis of our exploration of the Central Oregon Coast, venturing as far south as Florence by way of the Heceta Head Lighthouse, and up to the "Outstanding Natural Area" of Yaquina

Nice home right on the beach!

ENjoyed this home with plenty of space - comfortable with fireplace for chilly nights right on the beach! My elderly mom could enjoy the views without risking a fall and we could walk right out over a small dune to the beach..lots of rock collecting. Close to acquarium and stores downtown Waldport also. House was clean and had all amenities we needed It does have steep stairs to enter which is listed

Older Home with great Entertainment

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It’s location was perfect to get away from everyone with the private beach but we could still cruise to Newport or South very quickly. The house was as described and it was very clean. The beach is literally in the backyard so that was super nice.

Great Family Vacation spot!

We loved our stay at Daly's beachfront house with our children and young grandson. The house had easy access to the beach, excellent kitchen and even sand toys for the little one. Highly recommend this place.

House was in the perfect location and was perfect family of 7!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great family getaway here, right next to the beach with a nice walkway and easy to get to beach. The kids played out in the sand all day and loved the hot tub. The house was nice. We had to run to get a few kitchen items like coffee filters but it had most things we needed. We also had to wash some dishes that were put away dirty. We also found a few giant spiders in the home but it was fine. Kids also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Overall it was a good time.

Amazing location with beautiful ocean views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took an off season trip to this lovely rental home. We loved that it was a quick walk through the dunes to get to the beach. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. A couple of complaints- 1) the BBQ is a safety hazard, it barely works and is rusted out in most places. We cook almost all our own meals so this really sucked. Please replace it or remove it from your list of features. Really tho- who doesn't love grilled seafood at the coast? There is plenty of room to add a new BBQ to the deck for the enjoyment of all. 2) There was not enough dish pods, toilet paper or soap for the week. We were given just 3 dishwasher pods for a 5 night stay and we ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd to last day. There was a lack of trash bags as well. It just seems like if people are paying to rent the house for an entire week, we should at least have enough cleaning supplies to last the entire time. The sink in the master bathroom has really low water pressure and the beds are kinda old but mostly what you expect from a rental house. Overall we really loved our stay and with a few small changes this would be one of the top rental homes we have stayed at on the Oregon Coast.

The views and easy access to the beach were amazing! The house could definitely use a deep cleaning as other guest have stated. And the basement was freezing cold and smelled of gasoline from the boats stored in there. But overall a wonderful getaway!
