This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 13th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and king sized bed in second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great beachfront condo

Overall, we highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for our last minute trip. Very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. The balcony is large. Elevators were fast, even at this busy time. Condo is very close to elevators and so convenient. Our favorite part is the included beach front chairs. It really makes a difference having those!

PCB Condo

The condo was as listed however it needs some updates, repairs, and a deep clean or better regular cleaning. The sheets that were left for the sofa bed were for a twin and it had a queen mattress. The bath towels are sad and the toilet paper crumbled. There are leak stains on the ceilings, marks on several walls, the water temp on 2 faucets was connected opposite of the label, silverware with crusted food, crumbs and dirt all over the kitchen, dirty floors, etc. The property itself is pretty dated and not very clean. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emerald Isle was great, and our unit was very clean and well maintained. Layout of condo is very efficient - parking is available on the first 2 levels, and 4 elevators made it super fast to get up to our room.

Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this beautiful condo!!! It had everything we could need and more, the beds were so comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated and spotless! The BALCONY!!! Wow it definitely rates as the best balcony of anywhere we have ever stayed!!! The outdoor pools (one covered in case of rain!) were perfect and the hot tub was huge! We enjoyed the steam room and workout room too. We loved walking right out to the beach and having chairs and an umbrella already set up waiting for us!!! Helen was absolutely wonderful to work with and we will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Beach Condo

Great view of the ocean and perfect location. Huge balcony overlooking the beach. We watched dolphins all week. Condo was clean and came with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Emerald Isle was a great location, not too crowded, with the easiest beach access I’ve ever had. The condo was nice, the AC was great, and the washer/dryer did laundry the fastest I’ve ever seen. The beds were not comfortable and the couch/love seats were not comfortable and visibly stained. That’s the only reason we didn’t give 5 star. I would stay here again! The views from the large balcony were great as well. Loved that the unit included beach service even though we didn’t get to use it our week due to the water being closed everyday due to double red flags. I would recommend booking this condo. Also, the elevators were fast and I loved have a code to unlock the door instead of keeping up with a key.

Love this building

This was our second time staying in this building and we will be back. Cannot beat finding a large condo with amazing beach AND free beach service! And it’s on the outskirts of Panama City so quiet area. This unit was very clean and spacious for my mother and I’s weekend getaway. However there was one major downfall - mold and mildew. Especially in the front guest bedroom. The bedside table closet to the air vent had mold on it, the lamp shade on the table was warped from moisture, and the whole condo smelled like mildew, especially when the AC was blowing air. I did communicate this the day after we checked in and upon check out with the property manager who manages many properties in the building. I was assured an inspection was already scheduled once we left. We can’t wait to visit this building again. We were disappointed on our last full day it rained until about noon so the beach service wasn’t set up but we figured once it stopped raining early afternoon they would open and they never did. That has no bearing on my rating of this review or condo, just sharing to set others expectations when weather is iffy.

We had a fun week

My husband, son and I stayed here at the end of September and had a good week. We are typically on the other, busier side of PCB and this was our first time on this end near Pier Park. The location is great! The layout and size of the condo is wonderful and the balcony is big, which we loved. We typically prefer to stay no higher than 10th floor but the elevators were fast and there weren't any issues. Some things to be aware of when you stay: The beds were ok but not super comfortable. By day 3 or 4 our backs were starting to hurt. The sofas were pretty uncomfortable, but since most of our time is spent outdoors while at the beach, this wasn't a huge deal. The bathroom pipes make a high-pitched squealing noise at random times. During the day it's not really an issue, but it happened during the night too. If you're a light sleeper like me, I suggest bringing a sound machine to drown it out. My husband thinks it could be a whole condo pipe issue and not just this specific unit. As far as cleanliness - the main unit and bathrooms were clean. When we started unpacking and using the kitchen we noticed that some things needed attention. Much of the silverware and serving utensils had food on them so we ran it through the dishwasher before using. Both sets of bedroom drawers had quite a bit of hair and sand and I vacuumed them out. I did reach out to Helen a couple of times and didn't hear back, but nothing earth shattering. However - when we first arrived I texted her that we were a little early and she let us enter anyway, which was awesome. Overall we had a wonderful week, just a few things in the condo that could use some attention.

Another great year at an amazing location!

This is our second year at Emerald Isle and we are already talking about coming back next year. Best set-up and property we see for the price along PCB. Friendly staff, convenient and safe beach access. Great size unit for two adults.

Great Condo!

The balcony was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on it. There was plenty of room for us in the condo which was four adults. The condo was equipped with what we needed. The access to the beach was very easy and the swimming pools were nice. We never had to wait for the elevator which that was nice. I would definitely recommend this condo. Helen the property owner got back with us promptly when we asked her any questions! Hopefully we can come back next year!

We love Emerald Isle. However…

We love Emerald Isle!! For the past 15 years we’ve stayed there. It’s our favorite condo on the beach. This unit however, is outdated a bit. The beds were like rocks. The dishes were few we found. We are eat in folks not dine out folks. The decor is also very limited and seemingly cheap. If your paying over 3k for a condo, you expect it to be at least decorated / updated and comfortable. Property manager was / is great and easy to touch base with if needed!

Great week!

The condo was just like it was described online. We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The hot tub at the condo was huge compared to others we have stayed at which was a plus. Elevators didn’t take long. There is parking across the street but we lucked up every time and go to park under the condos. We did have a lock issue during our stay but Helen was amazing and got it fixed for us no problem! We also liked that there was no stairs to the beach, it was straight shot from the elevators! And we really enjoy staying on the west end of the strip. Definitely will be back!!!

Mom Trip 2022

Mom trip 2022 was great this year. Year 5 but first stay at this condo and it was great! Owner was extremely accommodating and answered questions very quick! Would definitely stay again!

Helen did an outstanding job as always. The condo was clean but there needs to be some updating of the unit. I also noticed that the pictures on Vrbo may be a bit dated. There appears to be new kitchen appliances and a different dining room table from the online pictures. I would rate this unit higher with some updates to the bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

Excellent stay! Beautiful weather! Helen was very responsive when booking and when we were needing help with TV. Would recommend having instructions for tv remotes.(there were 3) We called Helen and she worked us through. Nothing wrong with the 13th floor 😁 We cook and grill a lot. This unit could use measuring cups and spoons. Had to guess when making tea how much sugar to add. Also, in this unit when you turn water on in the kitchen, the faucet “squeals” really loud . It works but just made that loud noise. Great stay and were able to stay an extra day since the weather was so pretty!!

Great condo but needs a little attention

This was a great condo for our small family. It was clean but noticed a few things that need attention. Three of the lamps did not work, they weren't even plugged in. I did email the Manager but since it was a holiday we said it wasn't a big problem. I'm not sure where the email went because I didn't hear anything but we've had great correspondence in the past so I'm going to assume she didn't get it from VRBO. We also noticed a ding in the base board and then a few days later we noticed a few dirty dishes in the dish washer. I would suggest a check off list for the cleaning people to ensure everything is in good working condition and clean. To us these were a few minor things and we would rent here again. The condo is nice, views are amazing and Helen the Manager is good to work with. We extended our stay an extra day and she was on it. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners on the beach and they seemed very nice and we enjoyed spending time with them. Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks for sharing your home.
