First floor ocean view 1 bedroom/1.5 bath unit that sleeps 6. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family.
- Oceanfront community with zero entry community pool in the heart of Surf City
- Queen size bed in the master
- Bunk beds in the hall
- Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room
- 3 flat screen SMART TVs, cable TV in the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- In unit washer/dryer, and access to the community laundry room
- Hypoallergenic Rental (No smoking or animals of any kind)
- Guests have sole access to a covered parking space, as well as storage unit with all necessary beach gear
-Guests will receive an access code for the front gate at the time of check-in, and an access card for the community pool and laundry room and guest parking pass will be in the unit
- Guests are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all Surf Unit Owners Association (SUOA, Inc.) and Unit Owner Rules & Regulations which are provided at the time of reservation confirmation.

This was a great place! Steps from the beach and pool. Surf Condos are in a great location, seems super close to everything! This was probably one of the best stocked places we’ve stayed in. Though we don’t have young kids, it was very well equipped for those that do. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Perfect stay!

We had such a great time in Surf City! My son enjoyed the toys that were available in the condo. The pool was great and we were so close to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay during our week at The Surf. Location was wonderful with quick access to pool and the ocean. Most restaurants were only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. A nice quiet and relaxing place our family enjoyed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in HeavenLee! The condo was clean, well-appointed with many extras, and an easy access to the pool and beach. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Perfect combination of location, amenities and comfort in a perfect setting. Surf City/Topsail is the BEST beach area in NC!

Great vacation spot

Perfect size for our family of 4. Well kept, updated nicely. Close to the shops and food. Right on the beach. Pool was great as well. Beautiful location and condo. Enjoyed our week very much!

Property was amazing and communication was great. WiFi could use an overhaul with the guest WiFi, very spotty but that could just be on Spectrums services.

Perfect Start to SUMMER

Memorial Day Weekend at the beach was amazing! Property is fully-stocked, conveniently located with a fantastic porch! The beach was beautiful, easy to get on and off with a nice shower to wash off all the sand! Would definitely rent this place again!

Family vacation!

This was our first time booking through VRBO and was a bit nervous but Shannon was absolutely amazing!! She was quick to answer all my questions and extremely helpful. The condo is very clean and provides all the kitchen amenities you need. Location was great since we were so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Beach Getaway

The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well appointed and the covered parking and storage closet full of beach items were nice touches. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach as well. We had one issue with the lock and the owners were extremely helpful with troubleshooting the issue. We'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely getaway

The condo was extremely clean and very nice. We had a great time and it was right on the beach. I wish it was a bit closer to the shops and restaurants, but if you want a bit more quiet and relaxation this is perfect! The property manager was always available to help, as we had a few issues with the door code. We will definitely be back!

Needed break

Had a wonderful time in the condo. Location is awesome in that you don’t cross any roads to get to the beach. The space is perfect for a couple or small family and very well equipped. WiFi can be a bit ornery at times but if patient it will work. All in all an excellent stay that was very quiet and peaceful

Vacation 2023

We really enjoyed this rental. Was very well stocked to include shampoo and conditioner. Had all the cooking supplies you want to make meals. Kid friendly made it cozy. Was very clean. 2 adults and 2 kids so space was just right. Walk to beach was easy. End unit gave added privacy. Highly recommend this rental.

Enjoyable stay on the ocean

The condo more than met our expectations: although it does not front on the ocean it is a short walk away completely within the property itself. And the beach is one of the best in the area. Shannon and her husband responded to all of my questions and concerns promptly. The only minor issues were the bed (memory foam that was a bit uncomfortable for us) and bedroom shutters that we had to cover to block out the morning light. These were minor things that did not distract from our great enjoyment of the place and we would gladly stay there again.
