* Large, private ocean facing balcony.

* Gated, family-friendly community with tranquil setting.

* Direct access to the beach via the Surf HOA access.

* Linens and towels provided; beach chairs recommended to bring along.



What to Bring:



* Beach towels, toys and supplies

* Streaming logins for Smart TVs

* Toiletries, extra paper goods, laundry pods for laundry if desired



Linens and Paper Goods:



* Full set of freshly laundered linens and towels staged for each bed and guest.

* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.

* Enough paper towels and toilet paper to get your group started.



Kitchen Items Provided:



* Toaster, regular coffee pot, blender, utensils, pots/pans, and more.

* No pets or animals allowed for guests.

* Parking for up to 2 vehicles
