We loved the location, and despite the busy street it was quite quiet in the suite. It was laid out well and it was pleasant space to escape the heat. The balcony was wonderful in the evenings.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for couples. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Malin, the host, was great about communication. She greeted us at the property and showed us everything we needed. The apartment was as advertised. Fantastic location! If traveling back to Nice we would absolutely stay again.

The place was just as described! Excellent location and very convenient. Melin was SO kind and flexible with us….even after we locked ourselves out. We had a really good experience at this property.

The apartment was really clean with all necessary facilities. The location could not be better. You can even see a small bit of the sea from the balcony. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.

Great place and great host!

The apartment was perfect for my short stay in Nice: great location (and very quiet, given that it's adjacent to a busy area), clean and comfortable place, and a friendly, helpful host who was available to answer questions and help me with any questions.

The location was so close to the Promenade. Two short blocks and you were at the beach. The location also gave you easy access to the old town of Nice and many very good restaurants. I would easily go back and spend a longer time.

Has a great stay, very nice host. Close to the action, has a Great balcony and AC kept us cool. Beach towels were included to use. Definately recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Malin and Jonas' apt. Fabulous location near everything, a block from the beach, and so clean and well layed out. Our hosts were very kind and great communicators. We loved sitting on the private deck when we were in. Thank you so much!
