The apartment is perfectly located in 'Carré d'Or' area, just few steps from Promenade des Anglais, beaches, shops and restaurants.
Very bright, located at the 5th floor of a modern building with lift, double exposure, the apartment has a big entrance with a comfortable storage, one bedroom with double bed and a nice living room with a double sofa bed. Possible to accommodate up to 4 people. Two bathrooms (a bigger one with shower and the other one with sink, toilet and bidet). Separate fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs. A beautiful terrace with sea view and a nice balcony complete the property. Amenities: micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi.

The flat was bright and spacious. The two balconies offered lots of area to relax and provided a lovely breeze through the apartment. Close to amazing restaurants and just steps away from the beach!

Truly enjoyed our stay here, our second time to Nice. The location is excellent, steps to the Promenade D’Anglais, 10 minute walk to the train station and surrounded by countless restaurants and shops. The condo was super clean, well outfitted and the secondbathroom was a real bonus. Would return here in a heartbeat!

5 stars for proximity to beach, plus central location for walks around old town and promenade. Very comfortable, clean and roomy accommodation, with responsive and prompt property management. Definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Nice and the numerous other sites in the region.

Perfect location

Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, stores restaurants, cafes and train station. Very safe building, close to the airport, the Carrefours, and Uber friendly too!!

Apt has perfect location. You don’t want a car there as parking is expensive and difficult You can easily walk to everything with beac 1/2 block away

A lovely apartment in a great location next to the beach.The apartment had everything that you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.The rooms were spacious, and the balcony space was a bonus.A very smooth check-in process and great communication throughout.

A spacious, well equipped appartment, ideally situated to enjoy and explore Nice. It is literally a one minute walk to the Promenade Des Anglais and in easy reach of the Old Quarter , the port and a choice of many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location! Location

A wonderful, clean, spacious ,quiet, older apartment on the 5th floor with 2 large terraces, very well equipped and a friendly, helpful co-host. The location is perfect for walking to every area of Nice, the trams, the railway station, local restaurants, coffee shops and food stores and along the Promenade de Anglais. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful location

The apartment was conveniently located near the Promenade and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Due to the two balconies, there was plenty of natural light filling the apartment. We stayed at this apartment for over a month, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Wonderful apartment and great experience!

The photos of this apartment don't do it justice! Lovely with balconies off each room and ocean view! The property manager and owner were wonderful to deal with easy communication. Highly recommend!

Return to Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location in Nice. Just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais, you could sit on the balcony off the kitchen and enjoy seeing what was going on below. The unit is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.
