The Balmins White apartment is located on the second floor without an
elevator. It is a modern, comfortable apartment and is recently
renovated. It has a large communal pool, 2 double bedrooms,
kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a beautiful balcony with sea
views .

The building has a community pool for the exclusive use of our guests.
It is located behind the Meliá Hotel (3 minutes walk), near the port
and 100 meters from Balmins beach. Upon entering the apartment we are
greeted by the living room and kitchen.

The living room has a very cozy sofa, television, wifi and air
conditioning. The living room has access to the balcony with fantastic
views of the sea and the houses in the area. It has an equipped table
and chairs to enjoy the calm of the place.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (oven,
microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and
washing machine).

Both rooms have views of the pool. They are spacious, comfortable and
invite you to rest. The main room has a double bed and large mirrored
wardrobes that give it spaciousness and clarity. The second room has 2
single beds. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is a few steps from the exclusive Sitges marina, the
Meliá Hotel and the best restaurants. You can get anywhere in a few
minutes on foot. If you arrive by car you can park for free on the
street.

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.
