This property worked out great for our extended family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The townhome was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Great to have some toys and books available for the kids and enough seating area in the living and dining. Close to the downtown TC area.

What a great location, close to everything! We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and appreciated the little extras like Bobby pins and makeup wipes. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! We walked everywhere and even rented bikes right next door!My son left his parking pass at the condo after we checked out and Carrie went and found it for us and is mailing it back!! She went above and beyond!!

We had a great stay! The townhouse was super comfortable, with plenty of space for us and our two kids (3 and 7). There were some toys and puzzles for the kids to play with and everything we could need to be entertained during our stay. Great area with some good stuff within walking distance! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Wonderful Property

Wonderful property, very nicely decorated, and nicely stocked with all necessities. Very comfortable, close to Tart trail, and short walk to town at the lake.

Comfy and cozy space in great location

Close to everything TC has to offer. Clean, with plenty of amenities, and makes for a comfortable stay.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the Boardman Basecamp. The location is great. The townhouse was very clean and everyone had a great night's sleep each night. It was easy to locate and gain access.

Clean and Bright Stay in TC`

We enjoyed this property. It was well equipped and easy to find what we needed inside. The toys were a hit with my 2, 5 and 7 year old girls.

Phenomenal home

This was easily one of the best vrbos that we have stayed in. It’s very charming! The communication was so fast. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

Great Location

Great location, easy to get anywhere... even on foot for many things. Quiet area. Place was clean and well stocked. There are plenty of stairs, especially if using the garage, but other than that... all was good.

Comfortable, Clean and Chic

The condo was awesome, well stocked and was in a very cute neighborhood close to the Boardman and fun restaurants and breweries. Would recommend this to a family or group looking for a comfortable and convenient place to relax while in Traverse City

Wonderful stay

Amazing property! Had everything a renter could want. Very clean. Beds are super comfortable! Close to downtown and right on the bike paths. Will be returning for sure! Highly recommend!!

Property was clean, well organized and easy to check in and check out. Host was wonderful to work with and the location was perfect for our many bike rides on TART trail, rides around Boardman Lake and walks into town. Garage and parking were very convenient. Bed in Master room is much lower than I am used to and to some adjusting to in the morning.

Super Convenient Well Appointed Condo

The condo is easy walking distance to town and the bay. The unit is well decorated and the kitchen is easy to prepare meals in. So helpful to have toys and books for the children.

Fun stay

Had everything we needed. Garage was a nice plus so we didn’t have to brush off the truck every morning. Host was nice and quick to respond.
