Live like a local in this beautiful part of the French Riviera in our stylish duplex 2 bed apartment in a traditional mews town house.
The apartment is situated in the best location in Antibes. Located on a quiet pedestrian lane just off Rue de la Republique in the charming historic old town of Antibes. Just moments to the sandy beaches and buzzing cobbled streets of boutiques, restaurants and bars yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep!
Just 1 minute to great restaurants, boulangerie and boutiques. 5-10 min walk to the lovely sandy beaches, marina and Provençal market. Newly renovated with a modern fit-out and brand new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with all mod con's - air con, Nespresso, dishwasher, fast wifi & cable TV incl. English and international channels.
Light, bright and modern, the apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional French Mews house in a tranquil lane in the heart of beautiful old Antibes. Beautifully renovated with brand new furniture and fully appointed throughout with everything you could need for your stay.
On the first level, the apartment has an open plan lounge with large comfortable modular sofa bed, Smart TV and ambient lighting. Open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped and has a large window and french windows which open onto the quaint laneway with a fold out dining table (seats up to 6). The kitchen has an integrated laundry unit with lots of worktop space and a brand new washer/dryer and also a separate toilet. New aircon in the lounge/kitchen.
Architecturally designed staircase leads upstairs to the second level with 2 charming attic bedrooms with beams. Please note both bedrooms are in the attic so have low sloping ceilings but we’ve had many tall guests stay ok, you just need to watch for the beams!
A large family bathroom with a shower and lots of storage, as well as a storage area and shelves on the landing. The main bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed, bedside tables and robe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 singles which can be pushed together to make a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have brand new, quiet aircon.
Local area:
Literally 2 mins walk to Antibes best restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries and boutiques and less than 5 minutes walk to the local bus station, Place de Gaulle and transport. 7 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach of La Gravette, the super yacht harbour and less than 500m to the Picasso museum and the daily Provençal market.
Just 5 minutes walk to the coastal ramparts and on to the lovely sandy Ponteil and Salis beaches. 20 minute scenic coastal walk around to Cap d'Antibes and the famous beaches and nightlife of Juan Les Pins.
Centrally located, the apartment is close to all local transport and amenities. A 3 minute walk to the local town bus station with buses to Juan Les Pins, Mougins and local hillside villages. Reserved 24/7 access car park spot 5 mins walk away available to hire for 10 euro per day. 12-15 mins walk to Antibes train station for easy day trips to explore the beautiful Côte d'Azur coastline including Cannes (15 mins), Nice (20-25 mins), Monaco (45 mins) or go to Italy for the day or for lunch (just over an hour away!).
