This first floor 2-bed & 2-bath Wild Pines condo is surrounded by the peaceful lake landscape. Enjoy the oversized lanai views under the banyan tree while watching the wildlife play in the lake. The large family and dining room combination floor plan leads easily to the lanai. Bonita Bay is a premier upscale development planned around preservation of greenspace, wildlife and the environment.

Our unit features new stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, lanai and master bedroom furniture with a new king bed with premium cotton sheets and pillows. Master bath has easy walk-in/tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen features refrigerator/freezer w/ icemaker, cookware and Keurig coffee maker. Second bedroom features 2 twin beds and dresser. The second bed/bath combo can be easily isolated from the living area by closing a single pocket door to create a fully isolated "suite" from the living area without closing either the bed or bath door.

This ground floor unit is located in desirable Building "E" of Wild Pines. The Wild Pines community offers a swimming pool, spa, two tennis courts and multiple gas grills for guests' use within steps of the condo. The community pool facility includes a covered building equipped with games, books and a shower for your use.

Bonita Bay offers you over eleven miles of bike/walking paths, water access and fitness trails within the 2,400 acre gated property. Other exclusive features for your enjoyment include: Seasonal transportation to gulf beach access including year-round umbrellas and chairs, full service marina, Backwater Jacks marina-side restaurant, butterfly park, complementary canoe use at private river dock, bocce and pickle ball courts and fitness trails. This unit is also positioned to allow for a short walk to the Promenade at Bonita Bay Shops, which include a market, coffee/breakfast bistro and multiple restaurants.

This was a beautifully decorated condo with a nice big screened-in lanai that overlooked a beautiful lake. A very quiet, serene location! Karl made sure that we had plenty of everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Only a couple minute walk to the beautiful pool. Karl was excellent at all communication and worked with us to get us in before the check in time! Would stay here again and would highly recommend this place!

Quiet condo in great location.

Location is perfect - short way inside the Bonita Bay gates and walking distance from the Saturday outdoor market and Di Romos. The unit is quiet and well equipped with mature landscaping and a nice view of a pond. Also plenty of lamps with good bulbs. Too many rentals have poor lighting for reading at night but this one was great. I used one of the bikes to ride the full Bonita Bay bike path system. The community is lovely. The owner / host was very responsive. My only knock is that the TVs are not smart TVs. If you want to watch a streaming program plan to do it on your laptop. But overall we had a great stay.

Great stay at Wild Pines

Karl's place is very attractive, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, as well as walking and biking the lovely community pathways. We had everything we needed and Karl was very clear and prompt with communication.Wild Pines was quiet except for the Cane toads, which were very loud at night. It appeared the association is working on controlling them.

Great property in Bonita Bay

The condo was very clean, and the Bonita Bay community is lovely to stay in. You have access to the pool, kayaks, walking paths - and even though the private beach was closed when we went (restoration from the 2022 hurricane), the option to go to Lovers Key was PERFECT. There is a free shuttle from Bonita Bay, and Bonita Bay employees are at the beach to set out chairs for you. The owner was really easy to communicate with - we noticed that one of the toilets was leaking, and he was super responsive. Thank you so much!

Overall a good stay with a few disappointments

Karl A was a good host. He responded to all questions & requests within 24 hours. We had an issue with the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom needing to be replaced & he had a new one shipped the next day. Wild Pines condos are currently getting new roofs, which may be a concern for renters during the next few months. Another owner told us it will be going on for the nect 3 months! The construction begins at 7am & finishes at 6pm. There is quite a lot of noise associated with the process because there are huge cranes & other trucks involved. We were disappointed because there was no such thing as a quiet morning relaxing out on the lanai, but other than that, we weren't affected by it because we were either at the beach or doing something else in the area. Since the private beach is currently closed for rennovation, the shuttle ride to Lover's Key is quite long. We didnt like that at all! We did appreciate that Bonita Bay provided beach chairs available to use, though, which meant we only had to take care of the umbrella. As far as the condo goes, the main bedroom was very nice, but bedroom #2 was disappointing. The blinds need to he closed all the time, so its a very dark room where the light must be turned on whenever you enter. Also, the 2 single beds are FIRM! My husband liked that, but i did not! Overall it was a good stay with a few disappointments.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and functional but needs updating. The beds including pillows and linens were not comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the lanai including turtles and a gator!

Deserves 10 stars!

Highly recommend! We were going to stay in a local hotel but saw this VRBO and decided stay here while visiting for my parents 50th anniversary. We are so glad we did. Super clean with tons of amenities. As soon as we arrived, we went out back to look at the water and was greeted by three turtles sunbathing. Karl was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Great location surrounded by many wonderful restaurants as well. The last day we used the kayaks and saw way more then we expected. Dolphins swam right next to us and about 5 manatees! Such a great experience. Would 100% come back.

Great Rental

Karl's place was, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had no issues with the check in or condo, but I trust Karl would have responded quickly had there been any. Bonita Bay is a lovely community. My sister and I enjoyed the view from the lanai, walks on the bike path and the uncrowded pool. We did not have the opportunity to use the free shuttle to the beach or the bikes on this trip--maybe next time!

If I had to make any negative comments it would bd that the AC unit was very noisy. However it didn’t keep my husband from sleeping. 😊

A Great Stay

We loved staying at this property. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It had EVERYTHING we needed. All we had to bring were clothes and food. The beautiful view from the lanai provided a nature show every day. The king size bed was new and extremely comfortable. It was super easy to take the neighborhood shuttle to the private beach. The pool was a two minute walk across the parking lot. Karl was a great host. He was extremely responsive and welcoming and quickly answered any questions we had. We loved every minute of our stay .

Nice community

Another amazing stay in Bonita Bay. We love the area & the weather is always great. We played some tennis & sat by the pool most days. It has a great mix of families & older people, never too loud & everyone is courteous.
