FORTUNATELY, BONITA VILLAGE AND OUR CONDO DID NOT SUFFER ANY DAMAGE FROM THE 2024 HURRICANES. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS WHICH ARE CURRENT.

Fabulous penthouse unit professionally decorated and furnished. This beautiful condominium will have you smiling and relaxing from the moment you stroll through the residence and out onto the screened lanai. Spacious master suite with private bath, dual sinks, quartz counter and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom with private access to the guest bathroom. You'll love the bright open plan boasting a beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, raised breakfast bar, modern appliances, full dining room area, and great room (with sleeper sofa). Enjoy high definition on smart TV's in the main living space and each bedroom; great for movies, games and sports. We added a Bose Soundtouch stereo system allowing for wireless streaming of music from your favorite device, internet radio and much more. Convenient washer-dryer in residence. Excellent Stay

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. Very clean and comfortable. The complex is like a “mini resort” with a gorgeous pool and bar, and friendly guests. Great for couples or families. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Florida vacation stay

Condo was spacious with lots of amenities. The screened porch was a perfect place to have a morning coffee and look over the pool area. The pool was a perfect spot to relax. Great area for walking, close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend

Surprising

Condo well stocked and clean, but disappointing as no dresser for clothes! We had booked for a month and this was a big inconvenience… rusted chairs in closet and items we would not use took up much space. Who would think to ask if dresser for clothes available in a rental?

Great Stay

Clean, up to date property with a great lanai overlooking the pool. Plenty of glasses, towels, and beach goodies. Close to a variety of restaurants, grocery, and beaches. A great place to stay.

Wonderful stay in amazing resort complex

Everything about our stay lived up to or exceeded expectations. Resort had everything we wanted for our stay. Unit was laid out really well. Location was near beach, restaurants, Publix and shopping. Will certainly go back.

Excellent stay!

The condo was beautiful as was the surrounding complex pool and buildings. Amenities are excellent. Property owner excellent to deal with, and organizing this through VRBO couldn’t have been more seamless! Thank you, we had a great time.

Vacation Getway

We have stayed at Bonita Village over 5 times and it’s never a disappointment. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The pool area was relaxing and the Groggy Frog was a bonus to our pool time. Leah and Krissy were welcoming and pleasant.

Christmas visit

The condo was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool view from the lanai was relaxing and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful Christmas there.

Slice of paradise

Exceptional condo with everything you need for your stay. Location is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Especially loved the large television in the living room which was perfect for watching the Masters & March Madness during our stay. Owners are very responsive to any inquiries. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to rent it again!

Our stay at Bonita Village was fantastic!

We loved the grounds at Bonita Village. Everything was very well kept and private. We also enjoyed being so close to the beaches and airport! Our condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely go back!

Returning guests

This was my family’s second time staying in Brian’s beautiful home and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation. The house is beautiful and homey. The property is very well maintained. My whole family has absolutely fallen in love with the pool. All of the residents and guests that we have encountered are wonderful and my children 12 & 10 have made friends on both trips. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches.

First Retirement trip

Everything was great. The condo was spacious and people were very friendly which made the pool area great. The tiki bar/snack bar was awesome.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful condo located within a stunning setting. Unit is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The resort style complex is super clean and inviting. Location is great with easy access to everything. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Perfect Family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Condo is nicely updated and has everything you need. Owner was so easy to work with and check in was as simple as pulling in and walking right to the condo. Pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and space to relax. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The shuttle to the beach is so convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Fabulous property!

This is an amazing location with 5 star service from the owners! The property had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The condo is beautiful and was incredibly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dinnerware and cookware that was needed. The patio had beautiful sunrise views. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Finding a condominium in the Naples area that allows guests to rent for less than a month is a rarity. Bonita Village allows weekly rentals. Also, it is much newer than many other options. The location is centrally located with easy access to beautiful sand beaches to the west, Naples, Florida to the south, and Bonita Springs/Estero just to the north. The community is within a 15-20 minute drive to Ft Myers Southwest International Airport. You can walk to grocery stores, mini-golf, restaurants and shops. There is a convenient beach shuttle, so no need to worry about where to park at the Beach.

What guests love is the intimate resort lifestyle offered at Bonita Village. The huge free form pool is incredible with the dramatic stone waterfall and the beach style walk-in entry is great for non-swimmers, small children, and those who just want to wade in the refreshing clean water. The two story clubhouse has an oversized state of the art fitness center. And, being a fitness nut, I will promise you will rave about the quality of the work out equipment, which is not your typical condo/hotel cheap stuff you can get hurt on. We love to drive the 3-4 miles north to the new Coconut Point Mall, which is an ultra upscale shopping and dining center with an incredible new movieplex. Head to Naples and visit Mercato (Whole Foods, upscale dining and nightlife) or take in a show at the Naples Philharmonic Performing Arts Center. Best of all, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed after staying at Bonita Village.
