Wonderful condo in a wonderful location!

Great location and a wonderful beach spot for a small family! Two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, patio with gas grill and deck overlooking the canal. Watch the sun set as the ships sail by. Five minute walk to beautiful, free, Lewes beach. Two minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and historic downtown Lewes. Public boat launch is around the corner and there is plenty of parking for your car and boat! One queen bed, one twin bed, one twin trundle, twin cot, and pull out full bed. Coin washer and dryer on the premises.

Very clean. Perfect sized for us and the kids. Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Very easy walk to the beach, the shops in town, the historical sites and the park. Would definitely rent here again!

June 2025 Vacation

We absolutely love this place! It's beautiful and feels like home every time we stay here. We enjoy relaxing on the balcony and the short walk to downtown Lewes.

Amazing quiet condo and location! Downtown Lewes is one block away and an osprey nest is right outside the condo entrance. Suzanne has included a lot of extra thoughtful amenities like a beach wagon, bikes, bike locks, cooking and serving kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies that you may have forgotten to pack… but no sheets or towels (except 2 hand towels). Blankets and pillows are provided :) There is even a secret “village” lobby to read in on a rainy day.

Our Spring 2025 trip

We absolutely love staying here! It's beautifully decorated with everything we need. We can walk to downtown in minutes and love sitting on the patio in the evenings. Can't wait to be back here again!

Great location! Everything you need.

This is the second time that we stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family. You can walk to the beach and the kitchen has everything you need. There is even a gas grill and an outdoor eating area. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, comfy, cute, convenient condo within walking distance to beach, shopping and historic district of Lewes. Difficult to pack up and leave--a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful fall midweek stay in Lewes. The property exceeded expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and located close enough to walk or ride to everything we wanted; beaches, bike trails, restaurants, and shopping.

Clean and close!

This was the perfect place for my small family of 3. My 2 year old son loved it and we were able to easily walk and drive to the beach and downtown Lewes. Definitely would come back for another stay!

Kitchen was well stocked.Great location.Walking distance to the beach and a couple blocks to the bike trail!Walking distance to cute downtown Lewes.Generous access to the shed, which has bicycles and beach chairs!Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again!

Great Apartment

My sisters and I just completed our third annual stay. Great location. Suzanne has thought of everything you may need for outside fun from bikes to beach chairs. The inside does not disappoint with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfy interior. We always have a great stay.

Cosy, comfy, everything you could need

This is a wonderful property to stay in. The host is responsive and helpful. The location is brilliant for nature AND for enjoying Lewes town. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can want. We were really comfortable and hope to return again soon.

We absolutely love staying here! It's at least our 10th time, if not more. The location is close to everything in downtown Lewes and only about a five minute walk. It's beautifully furnished and extremely neat and clean. We love spending time on the outdoor patio. This is our home away from home in DE.

This place was great! Clean and neat when we arrived. Walking distance to downtown and to the beach. Lots of amenities like beach chairs, bikes, etc. Our kids loved the movies for rainy days. Overall we would definitely come back!

Cozy apartment in great location

We love staying at this apartment in Lewes! The location can't be beat... walking distance to town/restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to Cape Henlopen State Park. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and Suzanne is a delight! We will definitely be back.

We love staying at Suzanne's place! It's very neat, clean, beautifully furnished, and is convenient to everything in Lewes, with downtown a short walk away. This is our 3rd time staying there this year, and we've already booked for next year.

Lewes is our happy place

The condo was walking distance to town and the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything you need!

This condo was awesome! We were there 2 nights 3 days & never went to the store or used our car. Restaurants, “beach” & shops are all walking distance & the owner provides everything you need!

Our September 2024 visit

Suzanne's property is beautiful! We love the proximity to downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It's very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoy sitting out on the outdoor patio. My husband loves that it's close to the trails where he rides his bike. It was, and is, always a pleasure to stay there!

September 2023 visit

My husband and I stayed here for the third time recently. Suzanne is a wonderful hostess. Her place is beautiful and it felt like our home away from home. We love the convenience of walking to downtown Lewes, and my husband loves the proximity to the local bike trails. We've already booked four stays for next year and can't wait to return!
