Private wing of single family home. Guest wing has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and private living room with fireplace and wet bar. Private side entrance with coded entry. Two Queen Beds and two Twin beds sleep 6 comfortably. Pack n Play crib available for infant and space on couch and floors for additional sleeping space. Maximum 10 guests.

Central location and proximity to freeway provide quick access to all that Boise and the Treasure Valley have to offer. Owner available for help on directions and site or event information. Owners family will likely be present during guest stay.

[NOTE: Back yard is currently under rehab and should not be accessed by guests.]

Bigger than expected

This place was amazing! It is way bigger than what the photos show and was very easily accessible to anywhere in the Boise area that you wanted to go.

Perfect place to stay

The host is very nice and accommodating. Enough room for all of us and there were some things in the fridge that we could have. Own private entrance on the side of the house that was easy to come and go.

SO much SPACE!

We were able to stay here for one evening and we had a great time! There's tons of space. The room with the fireplace and kitchenette is REALLY big with lots of room to sit and watch TV or play games. They furnished snacks in the mini fridge (which can totally fit a gallon of milk if you just lay it on it's side or adjust shelves more). There are dishes and utensils. There's a store nearby so that made it really convenient for meals! There's a TV in the large room and there's a smaller TV with VHS in the #3 bedroom. (The little VHS TV is mounted up high and there are a ton of kid movies on VHS to choose from.) They have towels in the bathroom and adult and kid shampoo and body wash under the sink. There are tons of blankets to snuggle in throughout the apartment and there are space heaters in each room. The fireplace is nice and warm too! Our only complaint is that we wished we'd had more time there. The owners are great and answered our questions and responded quickly. We'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance. (Also, there are two twin beds in the one bedroom, but one of them is a trundle bed. We didn't use it, but it looks like you'd really have 3 beds in there.)

Great space for a family, cozy, quiet, private!

I stayed here two nights with my wife and 3 kids. The location is excellent and gives you easy access to anywhere you'd need to go in the Boise area. The entrance is private and convenient. The furnishings are modern and the living room area very nice and comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed the hot cocoa in the morning from the Keurig machine. The kitchen area included snacks and other treats that the owner thoughtfully provided, and which saved us from the need to go find breakfast in the morning. One of the evenings we were there we watched a movie on Amazon Prime (using my account) on their Playstation 4 connected to the TV. The beds were comfortable and warm. There are space heaters in each room, plus a nice gas fireplace for the main living area. Overall this is an excellent value and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We'll also look to stay here again the next time we are visiting Boise.
