Professionally decorated in a Mid-Century Modern style. Sleep soundly on Hungarian down pillows and BeautyRest Black mattresses made up with soft 600 thread-count Italian linens. Beautifully tiled bathroom offering Turkish towels, bathrobes, and luxe sundries. Living room and full kitchen with gas stove and quartz counter tops. Great little place in a perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. Walking distance to everything, great amenities, the owners are incredibly thoughtful, and deer come through the yard on a regular basis.

Christmas in Jacksonville

Upon entering the home, we were greeted with Christmas music, heated rooms, and snack treats. Jackie was always quick to respond to our few questions and had provided lots of information about the area. We spent our days exploring Jacksonville and Ashland, and the location of the house made this so convenient. We were able to take an evening walk to enjoy the Christmas lights in town and the neighborhood. Such a wonderful stay! We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect stay!

The cottage is clean and well designed and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Easy walk into town. We enjoyed the outdoor space every morning and the view from the yard. Communication was great!

Wine country visit

Perfect!

This was an amazing and comfortable home in the middle of it all in CdA. Unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive (we asked for a later check out, which they quickly approved). We will return for sure.

Jacksonville is wonderful

This property is wonderful and would we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some quiet time relaxing and exploring in Jacksonville. We walked to everything, so the location is close to downtown, yet far enough away... The owner is wonderful and very attentive to all your needs. This was our third time staying here and would do so again. Thank you again for everything!

This place was absolute perfection!

My friend and I stayed here with two kids and one teen and had such an amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked, the location is perfect, and we were greeted by a mama deer and her sweet little spotted fawn... there were many, many deer visitors daily, which was definitely a highlight. There is a spacious laundry room / entry with room for an airbed and small table, which was a perfect cozy nook for my teenager and there were plenty of games and other activities for the younger kids in our group. The outdoor spaces are very cozy and inviting, as well!

Another lovely stay…

We’ve stayed at both of Jackie’s properties now and they are both equally wonderful! Always immaculate, well stocked and conveniently located close to town. We loved the deer that quietly visited every morning and evening and the turkeys, too! Jacksonville is a special place and we look forward to returning. I cannot recommend Jackie’s rentals enough, and she is always available and so sweet! Thanks, Jackie!

Beautifully Appointed

Lovely cottage ideal for four adults. Extra nice amenities including plush towels, soft linens, snack basket, Keurig cups for am coffee, cosmetic essentials, etc. Even luxury bathrobes and slippers for each guest! Mule deer roam in the yard. Outside gas fire pit was a great place to gather in the evening. Location was top notch with convenience store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. A great place for a getaway!

Jacksonville Cottage

Can’t say enough great things about this adorable cottage, perfect size for my husband and I, with open living/kitchen space, well stocked kitchen, cookware, utensils, appliances, pots and pans, etc. It is warm, cozy, comfortable, newly updated, impeccably clean, with a welcoming feel and Jackie’s special touches of snacks, bedside candy, and sweet welcome note…there is nothing she hasn’t thought of. Especially loved the outdoor comfortable seating around the gas firepit and our beautiful backyard deer family “neighbors”. Thank you again Jackie for your quick responses and local eating places and attractions. Crater Lake and Natural Bridge are MUST SEES! Highly recommend this cottage.

This place was amazing. The pictures and description don’t do it justice! Very clean, and so many nice touches! There was even a collection of snacks and drinks waiting for us upon arrival! Easy walk to Brittfest and beautiful downtown Jacksonville. Very happy with our stay and will definitely return! Thank you so much!

Beautiful, luxurious cottage, close to everything Jacksonvillle has to offer!

The cottage was as beautiful as advertised, even prettier and Jackie had taken care of everything you could possible think of. The garden was a delight even though the weather could have been better. I have been to a lot of different villas and cottages everywhere in the world and this one was the best as far as the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the host/manager is concerned. It was a delight and could advise everyone to stay here. Thanks so much Jackie!

Jacksonville Gem!

Luxury cottage indeed! Very clean and comfortable house with comfy beds, fabulous bath towels and stylish decor. We had a wonderful relaxing stay hanging out at the house, wine tasting all day and coming back to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to the action downtown. Jackie is a super host , filling the house with lots of thoughtful details to make your stay fun and carefree. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

It’s the little things!

Quaint little cottage outside, wonderful thoughtful touches inside! A welcome basket full of snackable goodies and beverages in the refrigerator. Coffee pot with plenty of coffee pods and an assortment of sugars/substitutes. Spotlessly clean. Lovely towels and linens. Great outdoor area with fire pit, as well as a picnic table and lounge chairs. Large binder with great information! A bonus was a visit from the many deer each day.

Wow! Just WOW!

We had such a lovely time staying at The Cottage! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt like extremely welcomed guests. This house is incredibly well appointed. It goes above and beyond to provide for your every need. Want a luxury robe to wrap up in? Want to spend lovely evenings around a fire pit? Want to have coffee on the back porch and watch entire families of deer walk by or witness them resting in the shade? This place has it ALL. We loved our stay in Jacksonville and would love to return. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at!

Above and beyond what we expected!

Jackie made our stay a thousand times better than we expected. Communication via text was so simple, and she provided recommendations on activities that I mentioned interest in doing. She even left us picnic supplies and a gold panning bowl. The cottage is beyond clean and well stocked. When I read toiletries, I was thinking the hotel basics. Well, Jackie has EVERYTHING you can imagine from welcome snacks to slippers to any toiletry you made need. The beds and linens were top notch. I wish lived on the west coast because I would definitely return!

Quality Cottage close to downtown

This freshly renovated cottage was a good pick for our party of 3. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely note from the host, a bevy of great snacks and water options in the fridge. The whole place was very stylish with high quality design choices in every room. The linens and towels were absolutely wonderful and there were thoughtful amenities supplied like thick robes and slippers, additional toiletries and nice laundry facilities. The living room was very hip, which we enjoyed, but we might have traded the cool leather sofa for a big comfy sectional. Both bedrooms were nicely appointed, one with a Queen bed and one with a King. The single bathroom had a big shower, an add-on bidet, nice finishes and modern style but could have used another shelf around the sink. Outside had several different seating areas including a gas firepit that was perfect on a cool Spring evening. We enjoyed a cocktail hour there, hanging out with the local deer. It seems like more landscaping work is still to come and I expect this property to only become more charming in the future. I highly recommend this lodging and look forward to staying again the next time we are in town.

Book this Beauty

A perfectly spotless spot in lovely Jacksonville, OR. Jackie has thought of every little thing guests might need. Wonderful bathroom, exquisite beds, a cook's kitchen. Fabulous outdoor seating with firepit, brand new washer & dryer, and SmartTV's WITH Cable (for this dumb older adult :-) We spent 3 glorious nights here while exploring the area and Crater Lake National Park. Skip the hotels in Medford; you'll feel right at home here where, yes, the deer visit every day!

Amazing spot! Close to so much

It's our second time here and it did not disappoint. Jackie is an exceptional host, the house is terrific and is enjoyable both inside and outside. We cooked in the kitchen several times, enjoyed the outdoor seating, watching the deer and hanging out indoors. Close 10 minute walk to the main street in Jacksonville with shopping, wine and food, and anywhere from 5-30 minutes away from a variety of wineries and Ashland. Loved it and will be back.

Absolutely perfect 💯

Beautiful cottage. Every aspect is well thought out. Beds are super comfy, soft sheets, robes, slippers. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Nice backyard with frequent visits by the local wildlife who, if you are chill, will hang out with you. All communication before, during and after was perfect. Location is very nice and close. If I could give 10 stars I would. Giant thumbs up!
