The Lily Pad is an elegantly appointed 1 bedroom home with a fully stocked kitchen with counter top dining, perfect for preparing a gourmet meal after a visit to the local farmers market. The private master bedroom has high quality, comfortable linen and a private patio. There is a gorgeous master bathroom and inviting living room made for relaxation. The spacious outdoor area boasts a gas fire pit and comfortable seating with an outdoor dining table with chairs. The calming view is a beautiful, lush landscaped yard and well maintained park that has the occasional local wildlife deer sighting. The Lily Pad Inn is very charming, clean, inviting, comfortable, and close to town. The property was especially beautiful. We enjoyed the cottage and highly recommend it for others to enjoy. Every detail seemed to be taken care of in a most inviting way.

Beautiful setting and very cozy. So convenient to downtown Jacksonville and a great coffee shop. Loved seeing a family of deer walking thru the property. Nice surprise seeing complimentary beer and wine in the refrigerator! Thank you.

Just as tidy and picturesque in person as the photos suggest... a delightful cottage feel to the accomodation itself. For my purposes, the location was perfect... easy walking access to most anything in town, while just far enough off the main street to be peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Perfectly serviceable kitchen, which I did not make too much use of given all the good restaurants nearby, but if you are going to cook in, it's well outfitted. I stayed one week and considered the price to represent a good value. Would stay again.

Awesome location, centralized to downtown Jacksonville. Beautiful piece of property wish we knew somebody who was getting married would highly recommend it! Well maintained no detail was overlooked in decorating and amenities for the guests.

Love this place! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The accommodations were beautiful, They thought of everything! It was within walking distance of great dining and shopping. Loved it!

What a lovely & wonderful property! Very centrally located, an easy walk to everything in Jacksonville. Beautiful grounds, great backyard with a nice gas fire pit, next door to the park. Comfortable bed, excellent furnishings, really appreciated the treats provided! Loved the "Bling" decor and lighting. HVAC worked great and was easy to control, nice water pressure in the shower. Communication was good, check-in and check-out were simple. The reason for a 4-star instead of 5-star is because I made this reservation months ago, and asked for the "complimentary concierge services" to help us book winery and restaurant reservations. I was told that service is no longer offered, yet the listing today still prominently describes this as a service provided in the very first line of the property description. That's not cool. Change the listing! We are very comfortable recommending this property to others, and we will very likely return in the future, but don't expect the promised concierge assistance.

Wonderful Cottage in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little cottage! The host was incredibly accommodating and the location in walking distance to some of the best coffee shops and restaurants and parks was just perfect for us :)

Checkin was easy—they even were able to accommodate us when we got into town early. Very clean, awesome outdoor space, comfortable bed. We enjoyed the location, too! We would stay again!

This property is obviously very well maintained. Interior and exterior was very charming. Easy walk to downtown and to the Britt which is what we were in town for.

Wonderful place to stay in Jacksonville, OR

This is billed as a "wedding venue" but it works well for any stay. Brand new and all in excellent condition. There are two separate apartments and we had the place to ourselves and had a wonderful stay

Our weekend was fantastic. The house was beyond expectations and even cuter than the pictures, if that is possible. I could not recommend this listing more. The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply. It’s within easy walking distance of the Britt concert venue as well.
