Beautiful 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath House in Bishop's Landing Community! Wifi Available, Pool, Fitness Center, Beach Shuttle, Tennis, Playground!
Relax in this beautiful home located in the Bishop's Landing Resort Community. This home will accommodate 16 people comfortably.
This home is just a short walk to all of the amenities, which include an Olympic-size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House.
The first floor offers plenty of seating in the eating area as well as the family room. 4 bedrooms and two full baths are also located on the first floor. The Owner's suite contains a king-size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub. The remaining three rooms contain queen-size beds and share a full bath with a shower tub combo.
Upstairs there is a large entertainment room with a large 75 inch smart TV, sectional sofa, gaming table, and much more! There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and full bath and another with full size mattress bunk beds.
There is an 85 inch smart TV in the first-floor living room with a large sectional sofa, two Smart TVs in each of the master bedrooms (one 65" on the first floor and a 55" in the other master on the second floor).
The beautiful sunroom opens to a patio with outdoor kitchen, grill, and views of the pond.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and a bath towel set per person.
Bishops Landing is located in Millville. Just a short 3.5-mile drive to Bethany Beach and all of the attractions in downtown Bethany Beach.
Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
