Welcome to your dream vacation rental! Nestled in the beautiful Bethany West neighborhood of Bethany Beach, this newly constructed home is the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking a relaxing coastal retreat. Located just one mile from Bethany’s clean, sandy shores. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac an offers a serene and safe environment, making it an ideal spot for children to play freely while providing peace of mind for families seeking relaxation and enjoyment. Photos will be updated as we make progress towards completion.

The spacious 2,587 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests (three bedrooms have private bathrooms). The home has an open-concept layout, ideal for entertaining family and friends, and a cozy screened-in porch to enjoy the coastal breeze.

One Master bedroom with king bed and private bath is on the first floor. Another Master bedroom with king bed and private bath on the second floor. The second floor also has a Queen bedroom with private bath and two Jack-and-Jill rooms with bunk beds, trundle beds, and a shared full bath.

Amenities include linens and towels, high-speed internet, Xfinity streaming TV sevice, a large flatscreen TV in the living room, washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses.

Community perks include two outdoor pools, a fitness center, a playground, multiple pickleball courts, tennis courts, and kayak ramp. The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day (subject to change by community). The seasonal Bethany Trolley stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes (only $0.25 per ride) for easy access to town and the beach.

Additional Features; Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Outdoor shower for added convenience. Our home includes a 240V EV charging outlet in the driveway for guest use. Please bring your own compatible charging cable/adapter. Awesome home! Clean and inviting. Very few homes we’ve rented in the past provide linens and towels. Great place to stay.

Huge house in a quiet neighborhood to gather for any activities near Bethany Beach or Rehobeth areas. House is clean. Has all the amenities you need for cooking large meals for a big group. Lots of seating for meals as well. Rooms are very large with space to unpack and unwind after a day of traveling, beaching or shopping. The enclosed front porch is an amazing spot to gather and hang out in the early mornings for coffee or late in the evening after spending the day at the beach. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

My family and I had a great vacation in this beautiful house. The house was clean, neat and well stocked. There was plenty of room for all of us (11) and we loved the three bedrooms that had their own bathrooms. The front porch was great for relaxing in the morning and evening. We also loved the pool if we did not feel like the beach, and even some days after the beach. Another plus is the State Park beach which less crowded than the one in town. The owner was wonderful to deal with. I had a minor problem and needed to reach him. I sent an email as urgent and he responded in about a minute!

The Irwin house is beautiful! Totally equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry.There was a shed with chairs for the beach, a cart if you wanted to walk to beach, as well as boogie boards.You cannot beat the location!This is the first time using VRBO…. We were very impressed!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a fantastic location and was perfect for our multigenerational family trip. The main floor has a great open layout that gave everyone plenty of space to spend time together, and we especially loved the screened-in porch. At the same time, the well-sized bedrooms and private or Jack-and-Jill bathrooms gave everyone their own space when they wanted it. Everything felt new, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the appliances seemed brand new. The location was also ideal for our family. We loved biking around the neighborhood and on the “pickle path”, and the trolley stops right at the end of the block, which made getting into and out of downtown Bethany easy and fun. The house really has everything you could need for a beach week—bikes, beach chairs, toys, and even an outdoor shower that was perfect for rinsing off sandy kids after the beach.One of our favorite unexpected touches was the collection of games inside, including a great chess set. My five-year-old learned to play chess with his grandpa during our stay and absolutely fell in love with it—a memory we’ll always associate with this trip. We had a fantastic week, made some incredible family memories, and would absolutely stay here again!

The house had everything we needed and it was an extra plus not having to bring sheets and towels. Decorated beautifully and walking distance to restaurants and liquor store. Also house has other amenities but due to the winter season they were not available to use but nice to have in summer. Great house with plenty of space and bathrooms for all.

First and foremost was the cleanliness of this home and then the accommodations were wonderful! All brand new with spacious living area that provided a home away from home for 5 teenagers and 5 adults. Kudos to the Irwin’s and thank you for your hospitality! We’ll be back!

Beautiful Home, great location.

This home is beautiful and in a great location. We’ve stayed in Bethany West before but this home was in the best location. Easy to get in and out of the community and in walking distance to some stores and restaurants. Easy access to the beach also The owner is extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with and prompt. It’s very nicely furnished with plenty of space for a large group. Would love to stay again.

Bill's home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The location was ideal, we enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants. My husband played pickle ball every morning and is now hooked! Truly could not have been any better! Thank you, Bill!

We had a great stay at this beautiful new home! The location is great being near restaurants and having a quiet neighborhood to take walks through with our little ones was so nice. The house is exactly as pictured. New, clean and plenty of space for a large family. There were even some baby items provided (pack and play, high chair, booster seat - all brand new!) which was so helpful with 3 little ones. We love Bethany and especially love Bethany west and will definitely be back!

House is beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked, great kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, as were the kitchen and great room. We had extended family in for a long weekend for a family wedding sharing the house. 4 bathrooms gave everyone family its own space. Kitchen well stocked. Great communication with owners- easy access. Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Mr. Irwin was great to work with. The house wasn’t completed when we booked and he kept us updated with pics. He sent us all the info we needed a week before the stay. The house was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels and sheets are supplied and I always worry - will there be enough towels? Will they be nice big fluffy towels or small thin ones and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice large fluffy towels and enough for everyone. The screened in porch was really nice to relax or play card games. All the rooms were exactly as shown and it was very clean when we got there. Parking was easy and the outside shower was great when returning from the beach. Some of the older kids were able to catch the trolley (it’s free!)that goes through the development and hit the beach or go shopping when the adults and the grandkids were resting. The pool was great, not very full when we went which is nice when you have kids that splash around, we also made use of the park and the basketball court. Everyone really enjoyed the house - it was spacious a great rental for larger family!

Coming Back Cuz We Love Your House!

From the time we walked in we were knew this was going to be a wonderful family vacation! The huge open first floor with kitchen, dining and family room was the first of many highlights for our growing family! So much space for our 1 yr old granddaughter to run around! Beautiful wood floors and so much space in the kitchen to prepare food. Well equipped not only with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking essentials but also the owners stocked start up items such as dish detergents, paper products, hand soaps which helped until we shopped. Outdoor grill and shower both are such convenient things The house is beautifully furnished and the amount of streaming services available is fantastic especially since we had 3 days of rain! The screened in porch off the living room was a favorite to sit and relax. Having 2 beautiful main bedrooms is such a luxury for families with adult children and babies! We also have a 3 month old and the gorgeous upstairs main bedroom with extended ceilings huge windows that provide natural daylight and a comfy recliner for late night baby feedings is a game changer! Having a bathroom for every BR makes vacation with several families sharing one home is a great amenity! Each bath is just as beautiful as the next with nice tile, spacious walk in showers, and tastefully decorated! We appreciate the rug floors in BRs and the stairs as we have running babies! The community amenities were fantastic, we used all! Parking passes provided made it easy for beach

This was our first stay in Bethany. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean with all the amenities that a house should have. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very roomy. This house made us feel like we were in our own home. The screened in porch seemed to be our gathering place every morning and evening. We really enjoyed having the option of taking the shuttle bus into Bethany. Mr. Irwin was the perfect host and checking in and checking out was easy. Everything that was listed with the property was exactly as stated. We will definitely be back. I give this experience a 15 out 10.
