We loved the place. The location is great, very quiet and we stayed cool. Great parking for two cars which is always a challenge in Vail. You can literally walk everywhere from the condo. Such a nice get-away for the 4th of July! We walked to the parade. We got early check-in and the check out process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this in town condo!!

Short stay in Vail

Condo was perfect for the three of us. Grateful to have two bathrooms for up and early ski routine. Prime location to vail village.

Great little condo in between Vail and Lionshead

My husband, teenage son and I stayed at this unit for 5 nights over Easter weekend. The unit is clean, modern and well-appointed. The location is terrific - right by the hospital stop on the free shuttle plus only a few minute walk to either Vail or Lionshead. Would absolutely stay here again.

Updated and great location

The condo is newly renovated and looks amazing. The location is in between vail village and lionshead. Able to walk to both areas. Condo information was emailed out and was on the app for easy reference. Would definitely stay there again!

Really nice room.

Had everything we needed! Love the location right next to the hospital, perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead... get to either place for food or shopping. And a short treck down river path to Gondola. LOVE all the hooks and storage for jackets, bags (even ski gear, boots and helments) although we went in the summer.

Family skitrip

Allover fantastic. Appartement perfect located, well heated, enough wood for fireplace, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Only recommendation as a tip is to clean the inside of the kitchen cupboards thoroughly ( sticky on some places) and fix the ceiling in the ensuite bathroom’s shower.

Great spot

Loved the location and the new apt, especially the mud room area. The only thing this is that the apt was relatively dirty when we got there. ( dirt and dust in the corners and bathrooms where 50/50)

Great summer escape

Property is exactly as represented. Clean and updated, very nice. A little noisy with the windows open and a little concerning when open because right on ground level. Overall had a terrific time and would recommend the property.

Beautifully renovated condo in a good location - great management too!

Me and 5 other guys stayed here for a weekend ski trip and had absolutely nothing to complain about. The condo is newly renovated, sparkling clean, and quite comfortable. The bunk beds may be a turn off for some, but if you don't mind a quick climb, you're going to save a lot of money. I slept in a top bunk, "full size", and found it to be plenty comfortable. The location is not perfect - you do have a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Vail or Lionshead, but there's a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes, and the station is only about 2 minutes away...so even carrying ski equipment we were happy. Again, you are going to save a lot of money staying in this location, which is still quite well-situated. I want to add that we came in during a Blizzard and had some serious transportation issues (flight cancellation + avalanches closing the roads). Zach with Berkshire Hathaway was our property manager and he provided nothing short of outstanding customer service and communication. This could easily have turned into a nightmare without his understanding and assistance throughout our 31 hour journey from Miami to Vail. Thank you Zach!

Excelente ubicacion en Vail

A unos cuantos pasos de Vail Village y a 2 minutos caminando del Four Seasons. Excelente opción para hospedarse en Vail. Lo que mas aprecio de este departamento es que no se acaba el agua caliente! Se pueden bañar las 6 personas en ambos baños y el agua caliente sigue saliendo sin problema lo cual es excelente. La cocina es amplia y equipada. El departamento esta remodelado y moderno con camas y colchones muy cómodos. Toallas limpias y en buen estado. Las TV funcionando ok. El complejo Scorpio sin problemas y con mantenimiento adecuado. Muy recomendable departamento. La calefacción funciona a la perfección y agradecemos hay habido disponibilidad de humidificadores. Pasamos una gran vacación muy cómodos y con la parada del bus a unos cuantos pasos. Vail Village igualmente a unos cuantos pasos y a Lionshead también se puede caminar sin problema.

We loved the property, everything came out perfect, as a suggestion I would add some black out blinds in the bedrooms because there is too much light at sunrise, as another suggestion I would also add some kitchen utensils and equipment.

Ski trip

Property was in great location. Easy walk to Vail village. Overall good but living room furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. TV mounted so high on the wall that it was a major neck strain.
