Treetops Condominiums is in the heart of the action, with easy access to everything Lionshead Village has to offer—shops, restaurants, entertainment, and ski lifts/gondolas, all just steps from your door. Plus, the stop for the free in-town bus to Vail Village is right outside, making it effortless to explore the entire area. This condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and unbeatable location, making it the ultimate Vail vacation rental.

FEATURES: 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, LCD TV and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a full bathroom in the hall. The third bedroom has 4 built-in bunks, a TV, and a 3/4 bathroom in the hall with a walk-in shower.
NOTE: Two flights of stairs up from parking. No elevator. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.

Great location! Stayed in the fall to see the leaves and was not disappointed, fall in Vail is amazing.

Perfect location

The condo is perfect for a family vacaction. Nice Cozy and clean. Steps from the Eagle Gondola and ski school. Fully equipped kitchen. Super easy check in. We had a great stay.

Family Ski Trip

Family of five adult children with a plus one. Slept 8 comfortably. Short walk to the Lift. Three bathrooms were really helpful! Great time .

perfect spot near gondola

the condo was great! Fireplace worked and we were very comfortable with plenty of living space, bedrooms & bathrooms. Steps from the gondola and the restaurants made life easy. Short walk up a couple flights but wasn't a problem at all. Thank you so much! Would visit again.

Great place; good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice--plenty of room, good bedrooms and the kitchen was helpful for doing breakfast before skiing. The description says "ski-in" but we didn't experience that, but this year the snow wasn't great. Even without that option, the distance to the gondola wasn't bad, and the location to Vail shopping and dining was excellent. We had a small snafu with the parking, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the management. I would recommend this to anyone interested in staying close to the slopes.

Spring Break ski trip in Lionshead

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, however the rental had a foul smell. We couldn't pinpoint what it was but did notice spots on the walls near the ceiling throughout that may have been mold? This unit was very outdated and needs a remodel for this price point. The location was very convenient and close to everything, especially the market and bus stop. It was about a 4 minute walk to the gondola. There is no elevator so you need to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook. The management company was super helpful in getting us an early check-in as we arrived earlier than expected. Overall we had a great trip, but would likely select a more recently updated rental property next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best feature of this property is the views of the mountain and stream running through Vail. My expectations were not fully met but overall this place is nice. For this to be a premier unit it would need a physical renovation of bathrooms and new furnishings & mattresses. Current market trends have created the demand for upgrades which has become the norm for towns and villages such as Vail.

Great trip other than the smell!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was clean, well stocked and the location is amazing! But the smell! At one point we thought it was gas and my husband called the property management and they claimed someone else had called about it and the fire department was sent out to see about it but couldn't find any issues. The smell was horrible though and we were constantly trying to air the place out. Not sure if there was a sewage back up or what was going on but we will probably not return to this place unless we know for sure this issue is taken care of.

Great Condo and Location

I stay there with my friends. The condo is clean with nice view, great parking garage and the location is perfect. There is a bus stop nearby so very convenience to go to Vail . There is no elevator so prepare to walk a few flight of stairs. No problem for us. Check-in is easy. Overall a great experience.

Our only grips were being on the 5th floor without an elevator and the ski locker was padlocked. Working up and down in ski boots and carrying skis 4 flights was brutal.
