Our apartment is an ideal destination as a base to explore Norfolk, visit family and friends or to just have a few days away. Discover Dereham, Norwich and the Norfolk countryside from our lovely apartment. This stylish apartment is perfect whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

The fabulous Norfolk coast is only 35 mins away by car. There are several walks nearby where you can see birds of prey, deer and you may even be lucky enough to see the otter and kingfisher.

Local amenities include a supermarket less than 1 mile away, a golf course, a public swimming pool, ten pin bowling, A windmill, cinema and Mid Norfolk Railway. Plus twice a week there is a market in the town centre of Dereham.
The neighbouring town of Dereham boasts numerous restaurants and takeaways including pub food, Pizza, Chinese, Thai, Indian and Fish and Chips.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment is an ideal place to relax and offers a television and free internet access. There are also some board games and local books provided to keep you amused during your stay.

The refurbished fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. Whether it is to prepare a breakfast just before you explore the surrounding area or a meal. There are a number of local restaurants and takeaways nearby if you don't want to cook as well!!

The apartment has a main room which has a dining area, bedroom area with a double bed and an area to watch TV.

There is a separate newly refurbished shower room which has a toilet, sink and an electric shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a separate outside area.

- There is free parking on the premises for one vehicle.
