9 solent landing

The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The kitchen in the is property is larger than some in the block which was ideal for us as a family of 4 its friends visiting throughout our stay. It is also reasonably well equipped. The bathrooms were in good condition and the master bedroom had a very comfortable bed which is critical. It's a great location and we had a lovely holiday there.

A fantastic location, lovely property.

Great location and lovely property. Comfortable beds and great to have games and puzzles for kids and adults. A microwave issue was very quickly rectified. Allowing the use of the the owners bikes and sup was great. We love Bembridge and will definitely look to book again.

Excellent location close to the sea. Really comfortable property with all facilities we needed for a lovely week on the Island. Booking process was very smooth and helpful too.

Fabulous location but with a small "But ......"

The apartment could be so amazing but sadly we had a couple of issues, one of which was no heating on arrival Friday afternoon. Curated Spaces dealt with this very efficiently and although we had no heating over the weekend, the engineer came on Monday and fixed the problem within a couple of days. 3 electric heaters had been provided for the 3 floors and these were very efficient and so we weren't too cold. We will definitely go back to this apartment despite the other issue which was the condition of the two lounge sofas, rug and cushions, all of which were oatmeal colour and heavily stained. A cream rug is probably not the best for a holiday rental but we took into account that it was October and so end of the season! I would like to think that the two sofas and rug would be replaced with something darker, I think they are all beyond saving just with cleaning. The carpet throughout the apartment is cream and had same issue but I understand these are deep cleaned twice a year and again, it was end of season for us! I don't want my review to be totally negative as the apartment is really lovely and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need; the bedrooms and views are gorgeous and both bathrooms were in good order although both heated towel rails definitely needed a new coat of paint. The property comes with a handy garage which gives you access to the first floor, being the kitchen. We had a motorbike as well as a car and so it was perfect to have the garage. Yes I would absolutely, most definitely go back again and definitely recommend Curated Spaces IOW Ltd, all of the girls were fabulous.

A perfect spot!

Two adults, and two dogs had a wonderful 6 night break at No 9. The house is comfortable and cosy, and the position perfect. The dogs thought they were in heaven being so close to the beach. We enjoyed visits to Seaview, and Ryde (a good walk along the beach and lunch at The Dell), and to Nettlestone (again lovely walks). We took in a trip on the steam railway, and lunch at the Red Lion in Yarmouth. All wonderful and rounded off with a trip home on the hybrid ferry from Fishbourne. A lovely relaxing few days and we already have plans to book for longer next year.

A memorable holiday

The property is ideally situated for the beach and local amenities. There was ample space for us to spread out and two bathrooms were much appreciated. We found everything we needed was provided and minor issues were sorted promptly A great experience

Off season break

We found Solent Landings at very short notice and it has been a delightful break after weeks of wind and rain. Unbeatable view, good facilities, warm and comfortable. We are likely to return.

Excellent location and super comfortable property.

Fantastic location right on the beach at Bembridge with stunning views over the Solent to Portsmouth. Property is super clean and very well equipped for a very comfortable stay. Really easy to book on-line. Information and communications from Curated Spaces was really helpful and timely. Would thoroughly recommend.

Expensive but spectacular location and good house

Amazing location near the beach: having such easy access to the beach was a real treat. The house is a somewhat awkward layout with each room on a different floor. The rooms are small but the weather was very good while we stayed so we hardly had to be indoors. Parking availability is good and the garage was useful. The service provided by Curated Spaces IOW was very good.
