A quaint 200-year-old plus 1 bedroom guest house located next to the main house on the conveniently located about 2 miles from West Chester. Pa. Very responsive owner and well maintained property

Beautiful oasis of calm. Just note that the stairs to the bedroom might be challenging to some. Picturesque and close to Longwood and bustling West Chester.

This is an adorable, quaint cottage in a lovely neighborhood. It is old so be prepared for curving steep stairway and some limits on electronics. It is tiny but well worth a stay of a few days. Felt very safe!!

The cottage is absolutely charming inside and out. The fireplace made it a very cozy retreat during a wet and chilly Memorial Day weekend. Would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Enchanting. On account that voting equality took foothold here the history at Bala Farm is special for "We the People", your host will enhance all of your discoveries you make while staying in West Chester. Staying here three mm nights was great, and returning for a holiday experience at Longwood Gardens, planning to stay at Bala Farm is in the works. Highly recommended.

We had the opportunity to stay here for two nights, and visit the surrounding area. We absolutely LOVED the home, the charm, and the location. The hosts thought of everything you may possibly need. It was the perfect spot to relax and just watch the rain. The bed was truly comfortable, and the sheets felt like a dream. The history behind the home is incredibly interesting! And the hosts went above and beyond, providing a book with all their notes of local spots to eat at and get a drink. If we're ever back in the area, our hope is to stay here again!

Traveled to the area for a visit to Longwood Gardens, but was unexpectedly surprised by these historic accommodations in the lovely town of West Chester. I especially loved the large ginkgo tree and beautiful cherry tree on the property.
