Èrsextius, keeps from his Provençal origins the permanent smile, his own and especially the one he likes to see on the faces of his guests. His love of Provence determines his obsessive sense of hospitality as he wants everyone to keep a perfect memory of their stays. Proud of his country and his region, Èrsextius only wants a perfect memory of the decor that welcomes his guests.

The Space:
You will stay in a beautiful neo-renaissance building on the Port of Nice, with a sunny view of the castle hill. The accommodation is a studio type consisting of a main room with a fitted kitchen area and sleeping area, a second room bathroom with toilet. The accommodation is completely private with a separate entrance. For comfort, bed linen, shower linen, essential kitchen items, and many other basic comfort elements in tourist accommodation are provided.

Guest Access:
On the day of arrival, just after 4:00 p.m., instructions will automatically arrive on the messaging system to allow you to collect the key from a secure box (at a time that suits you and without time limit) and access your accommodation independently.

The Neighborhood:
On the Port of Nice, with a sunny view of the castle hill where at 12:00 you can hear the firing of the cannon ball of the Scotsman and nobleman Sir Thomas Coventry, hour at which it is time to fill your plate with tasty Mediterranean delicacies purchased in the morning at the Provençal market.

Getting Around:
Everything is done on foot, you are here in the historic center of the city!

Just what we were looking for !

A lovely Studio Apartment which was very well equiped and situated in an Ideal Location.This was just what we wanted,giving us the freedoim to do as we wished and get a feel of the local area.Local transport nearby allowed us to explore the surrounding area (And so reasonable).Would recommend this Studio to anyone what a great place for your holiday.The owner was extreemly helpful which made our stay all the better. We had the most perfect Holiday Thank You !!!
