Great location - Incredible villa

The villa was amazing for our needs. It's walking distance to the beach and a really good local restaurant. The pool is a brilliant size and was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 4 teenagers to be all in it at once. Amazing outdoor spaces with some well-designed shade spots to escape the sun for a bit. All rooms are a great size and the outdoor social spaces are brilliant. It's a 10-minute drive to a large supermarket and 5 or 10 minutes to 2 other beaches in the area, so would suggest hiring a car. The 3 nearest beaches are absolutely stunning. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely look to book Casa Monte Novo again.

Quite simply a brilliant choice. Spacious lived in & loved villa that comes with all the amenities you need inside & out. A sanctuary with an amazing view & the pool is just glorious. Close to supermarkets, several beaches, fishing villages & attractions.Good comms throughout with rental reps. Lovely helpful housekeeping staff & pool guy & maintenance support for 1 bedroom dodgy doorknob which does need replacing as it kept falling off.A party of 2 families of 3, each with a teen child who agreed the following thoughts are worth mentioning……please add a mirror to the larger bedroom with balcony over pool. Have keys or a lock for bathroom door & maybe bedrooms. Update shutter door holdbacks or provide door stops to reduce clanging shutters & maybe label all light switches for ease.None of which detracts this is a great choice of Villa & we would return.It would be great if inflatables for pool were available as we hadn’t bought much so did need to purchase some & hope these things are kept as a helpful addition for the next guests.BBQ was tricky to perfect so if you definitely want to utilise that then be prepared but as said nothing, not even the sporadic wi-if ( we found mainly working best when on terrace in front of pool) deterred our enjoyment, but you aren’t informed of this until booking made so perhaps if guests rely on connection it may be better to know before so are prepared. Overall we had a great time & beautiful fig & lime trees included. Thank you xx

Gostámos muito da moradia, é grande, tem vários espaços de lazer, a piscina é muito boa, a qualidade do serviço e atendimento também é muito boa.A única coisa menos positiva que temos a apontar foi a qualidade do 2ºfrigorífico que não fez frio convenientemente, ou seja, se estamos a pagar o mesmo deveria ter mais capacidade de refrigeração.

Ótima estadia

Alojamento impecável, ideal para descansar e com privacidade. Teremos em consideração novamente no futuro. Não sendo algo que consideramos como negativo, estamos habituados a ter visita da gestão no dia de entrada para fazer uma espécie de "briefing" da casa, e.t.c. No entanto estava tudo ok e não temos nada a apontar, até porque depois apareceu um senhor da vossa empresa para perceber se estava tudo em conformidade.

Excelentes férias numa casa a repetir!

A casa é excelente com um espaço exterior fabuloso. Para os mais exercitados a casa fica a 12m a pe da praia de Benegilde. Um sossego próximo de tudo. Com uma limpeza diária excelente.

Boa situação geográfica: acesso à praia, perto de comércio de qualidade e muita tranquilidade. Arquitectura bem concebida o que permite um bom aproveitamento do espaço exterior em harmonia com o interior. Boa relação qualidade/preço.

Fantastic villa with great service

The house was beyond all our expectations. It is very spacious inside and outside. Bedrooms and badrooms are very good and the kitchen has everything what you need: Krups-Nespresso coffeemaker, toaster, watercooker, oven, microwave, large fridge and lots of pottery as well. Also it is very large with a nice bar to have lunch or even dinner. Then the outside, it has lots of places to sit and relax and there is a great grillplace. Also the view from the garden is great, lots of nature directly in front of the house and further away the ocean can be overlooked. Cleaning services were provided everyday, which we found very convenient as well. The Benagil Caves/cliffs are within walking distance, so a very nice walk is easy to do. I would really recommend this place as we had a great experience!

Incredible house for incredible holidays!

Me and my 3 friends pass incredible holidays in this incredible house!! Really like the pictures, for real it's better! We just fall in love with this house, the Algarve and the Portugal! We just come back and are already thinking about new holidays in this house! The personal were very good with us, thanks to Fatima and the others. For me the only little problem it's that they didn't explain us that every day someone comes for work... Maybe it could be good to ask if we want that the cleaning team come everyday or not... We arrived sunday in the end of the afternoon, Fatima and the cleaning team come Monday, Tuesday was free (1rst may), Wednesday come Fatima with the repairman for the wasching machine and the cleaning team, Thursday come the pool cleaner at 8 a.m, friday come back of the cleaning team and an other woman from the agency (she ask us when we go for say to the cleaning team when to come, we say 3 pm satudray, cleaning team come at 1.30pm saturday), saturday in the morning come the gardener... We really think it was to much, and nobody tel us that it will be like this. Monday Fatima just tell us for the repairman... SoI think it could be really good to explain or maybe ask, because we don't think that the cleaning team need to come every day like an hotel. But for real, we LOVE this house and our holidays in this house! We recommand it!!! Thanks for all!

Monte Novo fanden wir sehr gut

Wir hatten das Haus mit zwei Familien, vier Kinder, vier Erwachsene gemietet und fanden es hervorragend. Sehr viel Platz, guter Pool (Beleuchtung nachts wäre freilich noch toller), sehr schön und großzügig gestalteter Außenbereich mit großem Grill, Inneneinrichung geschmackvoll, Küche gut ausgestattet. Service mit Pool- und Hausreinigung sehr freundlich und tadellos, auch sonst gute Organisation und Ansprechbarkeit der Verwaltung. Strand von Benagil mit den berühmten Grotten nach ca 15 Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar. Gute bis sehr gute Restaurants ebenfalls, Supermärkte nur per Auto. Können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. dgw, Berlin, 8/2017

O luxo do espaço !

A localização é incrível e a casa é muito agradável com imenso espaço interior, boas varandas óptima piscina, zona de estar e barbecue enorme, um grande lote de terreno, vistas largas e desimpedidas directamente para o mar. O serviço de limpeza é impecável ! Quanto aos defeitos a casa está a necessitar de uma repintura interior, de resolver uns pontos de ferrugem e de estar mais bem apetrechada de pratos, talheres e copos. A TV tb merecia ser melhor. Nada que tivesse impedido uma semana de férias excepcional nesta grande casa cheia de espaços interiores e exteriores. Não tenho dúvida em recomendar e repetir !
