The Space:
This newly renovated and redecorated home offers the best of mountain life with fresh designs in a tranquil atmosphere.

All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with showers/tubs, so guests can have their privacy and space when needed.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, bar, living and dining room, as well as a bedroom with 2 queen beds.

On the second floor, there are 3 large bedrooms all with king beds and private bathrooms.

The newly built back deck offers a BBQ with seating for friends and family to relax and take in the mountain air.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with young families all around.

The home is only 2 blocks away from Banff Ave, offering shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and more.

Getting Around:
Buses are available on Banff Ave, but taxis and bikes are the best way around town if you don't have your own car.

Other Things to Note:
Our property manager lives in a separate suite in the basement of the home. It is accessed through a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main section of the property. You will likely never see or hear the tenant during your stay.

We stayed here with our family for the Easter weekend. The location is a quick walk to Banff Ave. with plenty of parking. The house beautiful and well maintained. The host was communicative and quick to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

PERFECT location, and super comfy!

Seriously, to be around the corner from all the restaurants and shops and amenities was amazing. Banff is such a cute little town, we definitely will come back - and we will DEFINITELY rent this house again! The beds were awesome (something you normally can’t say about vacation rentals), and all the rooms were well outfitted. I thought that the rental only having 1 TV would be an issue for us but we enjoyed the area so much that we never even turned it on. Thank you, and we WILL be back!

Banff - Visit to Banff with family

Location is excellent, with parking. Rooms are spacious and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Walking distance to down. Quiet at night......Would come back in a heartbeat!!!

Great location to the town of Banff!

We are very glad we selected this property. The proximity to the town of Banff is only 2 blocks away - where we enjoyed fabulous restaurants and shopping - plus the amazing views. We were able to walk to many sights, if not, our adventures were not too far away by car. The property also was great for our family with the 4 bedrooms and connected bathrooms.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Every couple had their own bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The house was very conveniently located just 2 short blocks from Banff Ave.

Great house

This is a fabulous house in so many ways! First off location, location, location! We loved being so close to Banff Ave. We could walk to coffee, lunch, dinner, a drink, shopping, the grocery store, the Banff sign, even our Roam shuttle to Lake Louise. Second, the house has 4 bedrooms and each has a private bath. That many bathrooms is almost unheard of when renting and it’s a luxury we appreciate! Other positives: beds were comfortable, management company was very responsive, kitchen was stocked well enough. Just a couple small things dinged the overall experience. The curtains in the main bedroom aren’t wide enough to cover the whole window. There was a 6 inch gap on either side and the street below gets a decent amount of foot traffic. We managed by dressing in the bathroom or in the dark but just odd. We couldn’t control the heat and it got a little warm at times. We did contact the management company who directed us to the thermostat in the kitchen but it didn’t work. I’m sure they would have sent someone had we asked. The biggest negative was the tenant downstairs is actually the owner and it felt a little uncomfortable at times. We got ‘shushed’ leaving for an early hike one morning, something I would assume is not unusual for Banff. We also had a chilly interaction with the owner in the parking lot. It made us feel a little bit like we were staying with a grumpy aunt who was annoyed we were there. Despite that, we would stay here again for all the positives!

Great Place

The location can't be beat, 2 blocks from town. Home is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. The property manager lives in a totally separate part of the house and we really never knew he was there. Thank you!

Amazing stay

Banff is unbelievable. This vrbo could not be in a better location. We were a little worried about the tenant downstairs and it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall amazing stay.

Great trip to Banff

This was our first time at Banff. 6 of us stayed very comfortably in this home in the heart of town. Despite cold days and nights there, the house was warm and and a great place to hang out. Would rent again.

Great house, close to everything!

We had the most wonderful stay. They house is right in Banff, so an easy walk to everything. All the bedrooms are cozy and well-appointed…and have their own en suite bathroom. So nice! Everyone in our family had their own space. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Location

Location was great for our party of 6, and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Each room has its own dedicated bathroom and the downstairs tenant was a non-issue. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to cook, the washing machine came in handy after hiking, and the place is very tastefully decorated. I would rent this place again for the location convenience!

Can’t beat the location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. So convenient and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with bathrooms for every bedroom. Quiet and safe neighborhood!

Banff vacation

The location is excellent! The bedrooms/bathrooms combinations was awesome! We’ve never stayed in a rental place in which every bedroom had it’s on bathroom. It was so convenient! It would have been a little nicer if it had more cooking supplies and food staples. Overall a wonderful place. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

comfortable and convenient Banff stay

Adorable home with its unique style. The place is two blocks from the main strip of Banff Avenue and two blocks from the footbridge over the Bow River so every attraction in Banff is within walking distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's perfect for a group of 10 guests. We would recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Banff. You have 3 parking spaces behind the house.

Property was incredible it was a two minute walk right into the heart of Banff with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The house was perfect and the property manager was great as well. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Banff.

Great family house

We stayed at mountain home with our daughter and grandchildren. The bedrooms with en suite baths made it so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to provide meals for our crowd. The best part was that we didn’t have to use our car. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful lodging-we would stay here again. Linda

Perfect Location!

We we're glad we found this property that can accommodate our big family 10adults and 4kids during this busy month. Location: cannot be beat! it is only minutes walk to Banff downtown and will save you away from hassle of finding a parking. Parking is located in the back alley and our 2 vehicles fits perfectly aside from another 2 vehicle(owned by basement tenant). Amenities: We were surprised how complete their kitchen is! Everything is already there! From condiments to coffee, tablewares, pots&pans, cutleries, all cooking appliances is there-coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, etc. The bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner except lotion. Place: The house is dated but renovated and decorated beautifully inside. All 4 bedrooms has its own toilet/bathroom which is amazing! Their beds are sooooo comfy!!! There are also lots of toys, board games etc to keep adults and kids busy. *All in all amazing experience the only thing we didn't like is upon check in, a guy named Adam knocked on the door to remind us to limit running as someone is downstairs sick. (We were fully aware that someone is living in the basement that's why we asked permission first before booking this BnB if it's okay to host as we have 4 kids with us.) Not that we cannot remind them to be mindful all the time but you know sometimes, kids can be kids. Only this gesture doesn't feel very welcoming at all. Other than that, we have an amazing stay and will highly recommend it!

Perfect Spot

This was our second time staying at this house. It is well maintained, clean, spacious and the perfect location to downtown Banff and surrounding areas. Highly recommend!
