Very comfortable condo, in a great central location. It is only 15 miles to downtown Denver, 21 miles to Boulder, and only 20 miles from the Denver International airport.

SUPER CLEAN!!! (Please read reviews! Everyone comments on the cleanliness!! I'm a bit of a germaphobe! Not such a bad thing, I think)

The complete property is yours to enjoy!
Private entry, easy access ground floor unit, small porch, community pool(outdoor, onsite, 30 sec. walk, no fees, sunscreen, noodles, beach towels provided), basketball court and grassy park like area.

*BEDROOM 1: (Master)-king size bed, 40" TV; BEDROOM 2: Queen and Single bed, 32" TV, DVR

*LIVING ROOM: 50" TV, 2 couches, chair, small desk with bench.

*DINING: Large dining table that seats 4+ people.

*KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen, with pots and pans, baking utensils and spices.

*BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms. (1 with tub&shower, 1 full shower). Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, all provided!

*LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer, Ironing board and iron provided!

*POOL: Outside, 30 Second walk from Condo, On Site, No Fees, (Noodles, Sunscreen, Beach Towels Provided.)! Open generally Memorial Day-Labor Day.

*PATIO: Small outdoor patio table with 2 chairs.

*RESTAURANTS: Near many restaurants close within walking distance.

*HIGHWAYS: Located close to main highways to get to all over the metro area.

*PARKING: Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Lots of free street parking also.

Literally everything was perfect!! Would 100% recommend this to a friend/colleauge or stay myself again. It was clean, roomy enough but not too big, comfortable beds and furniture, beautifully decorated, cozy, welcoming, quiet neighbors. Don and Beth were amazing hosts!!

Great location with a lot of walking trails nearby. Lots of grass and trees that are all well kept. Peaceful neighbors- nice AC/ heater. We would stay again!

Great place and very accommodating. Great neighbors. Good parking. Only issue was advertised as having A/C but it did not. However, A/C was installed during my stay. Would definitely recommend for long term stays.

Pleasant stay

The home had everything we needed for a 2 month stay. Location was great and convenient to all we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a pleasant stay.

Good Location, Nice Clean Place

I stayed for 4 months - it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good and near many places to eat and buy groceries. Even drive to airport is not too bad. No disturbance and a nice neighborhood to walk. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Great location and hosts!

We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Local park and lake and food nearby. Paved running trails away from the roads in the neighborhood. The hosts were great and made our holidays away from home very nice!

Good month-long stay.

Comfortable, clean accommodations with all you need for a long-term stay. Check in and out easy, electronic door lock convenient, everything in good working order but water in one bath was rusty when first running shower. The furniture is dated and the unit needs paint, but the location was great. With some updating this would be a top-notch accommodation and the price was good!

Skip Denver, Stay HERE!

My partner and I spent 99 nights at this property and loved it! I worked in downtown Denver while he worked from home and both of us felt extremely comfortable. The commute was easy with multiple entrances to I25 and the main table was perfect for my partners remote work set-up with great wifi! The rooms were clean and comfortable with much help on what is where from small cute notes left around the apartment. Communication with the hosts was also easy whenever we needed anything. The A/C system was great during the main summer months, especially when you turned on the centeral air fan. All the neighbors are very nice and the parking is right outside the propety with 2 spots just to yourself. We found ease with the Crossfit gym across the street and multiple grocery stores within a mile. This is a perfect home away from home! If we ever find ourselves back in Denver, we will be back!

Convenient and comfortable

The condo was located conveniently for me and was very comfortable and clean. Stores and parks were nearby for shopping and walking. It was a good size for me when I was alone and roomy enough when my husband arrived. The unit was well appointed with all necessities and full of cooking and baking equipment. The welcoming treats and flowers were a nice and homey touch. Thanks very much, Don!

Don thought of everything at this place. There are games, beach towels, done food stocked, instructions about everything there. The beds were comfy and we felt very much at home there!

Great Location and Impeccable Attention to Detail

This was a home away from home for us. Don was so accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the fridge and cabinets stocked with essentials and there was no detail missed. This was my first VRBO experience and I doubt I’ll ever stay in a hotel again. I highly recommend this home. We even had access to 2 parking spots, laundry, full kitchen. And it was all so seamless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My first time to Denver was very memorable!

I lived in Thornton growing up until age 12. Then Broomfield, Colorado for most of the rest of my life. We purchased this condo because of the wonderful location, centered in the middle of: Denver, Boulder, and the Denver International Airport. Also for the wonderful neighbors and long-time residents we met, while investigating the neighborhood.
