The Nest at Sloans Lake

Less than a mile from Mile High Stadium, the Shops at Highland Square, Sloans Lake, and Downtown Denver. Walk or Uber to the game, concert, lake, coffee, brewery, or restaurant. No shortage of fun, food, and activities nearby. Separate, locked upstairs unit with its own entrance. I've tried to take my own travel experiences into account when laying out this place. My goal is to provide a place that you can enjoy as a vacation, work, or temporary living situation, or maybe all the above!

Visiting our grandchildren in Denver

The accommodations were a perfect location to visit with our grandchildren who live on the south side of Sloans Lake.They were also convenient to downtown Denver where enjoyed listening to music at some of the jazz clubs.

Small apartment, in a great neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed. We were close to multiple restaurants, stores and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again

Cozy slice of heaven in the city

Apartment was clean & cozy. I felt very safe in the suite and in the neighborhood. Sloan Lake & park is a 5-block walk away through peaceful & beautiful neighborhood. I very much enjoyed this little ‘home away from home’ — wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Highly recommend

The stay was very enjoyable. Home was located close to downtown and had everything we needed to get away for a couple of days. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy bungalow

Quick two night stay. Perfect location near Sloan's Lake and Federal. Walkable to several restaurants and just a nice neighborhood. Tyler is a terrific host. Left clear instructions for check in, check out and where to park. Would definitely book this spot again.

This was the perfect nest for us!

Everything was perfect! The A/C was a dream, the backyard was a great extra space for the everyone to relax and visit. So cute and such a perfect location. Tyler does an amazing job at communicating and such a pleasure to speak to. Love this place and I would love to stay again!

Great place in a great neighborhood

The place is very cute--the whole second floor of a house. It is quiet, clean, and very private. We particularly appreciated the parking in the rear and the excellent climate control. We will definitely stay here again.

Stay 1 Mile from Mile High!

My wife and I came up from Colorado Springs for the weekend. We wanted to rest, do some Christmas shopping, and watch the Broncos beat the Vikings. Our goal was to stay someplace close enough to walk to the game, was nice, affordable, and safe. We hit pay-dirt when we booked this place. The one mile walk to the game and back was a synch--it's practically flat. Centrally located, the home is super close to everything. You are only a few minutes drive to the highway, Ball arena, 6-Flags/Elitch Gardens, and the 16th Street mall. Plenty of great restaurants are close, too. Such a wonderful space--clean, well appointed and comfortable. Established neighborhood with big beautiful trees and stately homes. Don't hesitate to stay here. Tyler, the owner of the home, lives on site. He takes pride in his place and wants to make sure that his guests feel at home, too. He succeeds. Book it!

I love to travel and experience new and different cultures. Until I figure out how to do that full-time, I enjoy spending time here in Denver and the nearby mountains.

Through my travels I have come to appreciate the feeling you get when someone elects to host you. It's way more fun than staying at hotel, right?! It gives me joy to host you at my home.

I bought this property because I love the location. It's close enough to downtown and all the amenities of a city, yet just far enough (approx. 1 mile) outside that you see kids walking down the street and families heading to the park.

There is a truly cozy feeling to the space. It's hard to describe without sounding cheesy, but you just feel very comfortable and at-ease when you're here.
