This was a beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked property with a spectacular view! Very easy check-in process and great communication with both the owner and property manager. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The property is located in a perfect spot. Close to restaurants and all that you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Condo was clean and well equipped. Can’t wait to come back.

The beach was fabulous and the view from the tenth floor was spectacular. Excellent sunrise views but plan your stay when there’s a full moon. We got some awesome pictures of the moonrise. The balcony was spacious and the furniture was top notch. Everything was clean and the appliances were recently updated. We had an issue with the Keurig coffee maker and they brought a new one over that morning! We were very impressed with our entire experience! Will definitely be back!

A perfect stay. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well furnished. Easy check-in and great communication with property manager. And, of course, the location can’t be beat! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was great! The owner, Magaly and her associate, Mona, were fantastic to work with! Everything exceeded our expectations. Top-end finishes and amenities throughout. Everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. down to beach chairs, towels and -even a wagon to help cart the fun to the beach! The view was unmatched and the huge terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the 10th floor was an incredible bonus! Can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice items. Even the paper towels and toilet paper were high quality; not the cheap stuff other rentals furnish. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great view of the beach. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Host even decorated the condo as we stayed during Christmas week.

Absolutely beautiful condo!! The view is mesmerizing and the condo is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Magaly and Mona were amazing! I highly recommend this condo when coming to Jacksonville!

Great Condo and Location

We've stayed in a fair number or properties and this was the cleanest and best maintained of all of them. Both the location and the views were great. We look forward to returning at some time in the future.

Fantastic Stay

This was an amazing condo. The views were exceptional and the condo was stocked with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely vacation here again.

Relaxing beach rental

Excellent, QUIET property for a relaxing beach vacation! Great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and some activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were a perfect addition so we didn’t have to travel with our own or purchase them!

The condo was beautiful and so organized. Everything was labeled and so easy to find. The communication with the host was wonderful. She responded right away. The view was gorgeous. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Good trip in an upscale condo on the beach

Property was exactly what we needed. Host was responsive to any issues we had (none that the property owner was responsible for). And overall good family vacation.

Beautiful, clean condo with gorgeous sunrise views. Close to local restaurants and stores. One of the nicest condos in Jacksonville Beach.
