Come enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and very popular / beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, But, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling).

The complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants, and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. You can rent really nice beach chairs (that are brought to you to the beach) among many other beach items from East Coast Sports Rentals (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex, Rent bikes from the same folks, or Champion Cycling.
Most people don't realize that this is an actual island and it runs from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.

There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as;
Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach ameliaislandhorsebackriding.
Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo.
Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine.
Jekyll Island, GA is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the condo.
If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and/or bikemap apps.
