The condo has a great view and was nicely furnished. The location is very close to restaurants and bars. There was plenty of parking and the secured parking lot was a positive.

Beautiful and safe property with everything you need and amazing beach front access. Enjoyed our stay and the beds were very comfortable too!

Perfect condo for our stay. As much as we'd love a higher floor looking out at the ocean the 2nd floor was just a nice and we didn't have to take the elevator! The condo itself is great with a comfortable bed in the main suite. Location was awesome with an easy half mile walk (or a little more) to plenty of restaurants, bars and breweries.

Amazing!

The property is simply amazing. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. We will absolutely return next time we are in Jacksonville.

Great location - beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The pool was refreshing! Loved having the beach so accessible, and when we weren't at the beach or pool we were hanging out on the large balcony. Our young adult children enjoyed the hot tub. Very well-kept building. It was great having a bathroom for each couple. Loved the towels...good quality!

Spacious condo for 4.

Nice condo that met our needs for Spring Break. The master shower is great. We would recommend new pillows to sleep on, but the beds were fine. Loved walking to Vitality Bowls. We ate there 4 times. No other restaurant stood out to us, but we like Whitt’s for custard.

Great getaway!

We chose this property for our getaway to see our new nephew and spend time with extended family. This property and property owner were the exact fit we were looking for! The host was the most responsive host we have ever had and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The condo is well stocked with all you need and more! We will be back. 10/10 recommend!

Great stay at

Wonderful property, amazing location, exactly as seen in pictures. Easy access via stairs or elevator to the first floor pool/hot tub or beach, fitness room on same floor (floor two) as condo. Previous reviews mentioned noise...only noise we noticed was the ocean, pretty awesome! Within walking or very short driving distance of many restaurants (JaxSpice - yum!). Kiddo friendly - beach toys, wagon, and metal detector. Property manager reached out to be sure all was well and to provide updated information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Holiday Guest

I didn’t personally get to spend time in the condo. However, my husband, son and mother in law went on and on about how perfect it was. We surprised her with a beach front stay. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking and the spot for morning coffee and evening wine everyday.

Suggestion.

Lovely location. Only suggestion, blinds or curtain for Living room. Sun made it very hot in condo and also difficult for anyone using the sleeper sofa.

Delightful

This was our second year to stay at this property with my daughter and 89 year old Mom. My Mom loved it so much, we had to go back. She uses a transportation chair and having an elevator and no carpet made it easy for mobility. Also, being on the second floor gave me more comfort in the event something happened. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to the view and overall. Definitely would go back again!

Noise keeps you awake at night

Noise from sprinkler system compressor kept us up night after night Would not stay here until this problem is fixed Property Manger tried but building manager said its not broken They need someone like sprinkler Co. to replace with quiet unit. Spend a sleep less night and you will see It is like having a lawn mower running outside your door I think we deserve a refund

Love Jax Beach

We have family in Jax beach who we visited yearly and have stayed along the beach in several locations. This was by far our favorite condo. It was very clean, quiet, secure and a great location!

Condo on the beach

A family of 6 stayed at this location. Plenty of room for everyone. You can listen to the ocean waves from the balcony. Walking distance to little shops at Jax beach and many places to eat locally. Really only thing I think the property could use is a shared bbq gril at the pool. My family and I had a great stay. We were here 7 days and 6 nights.

Very nice but needs a few tweaks

Overall, we were pleased with the unit and would stay there again. We found the following to be particularly favorable: 1. Very nice building. HOA takes its job seriously. 2. Great location. Near restaurants and grocery stores. 3. It's a second floor unit so it's easy to access using the stairs. 4. Security gates & doors. 5. AC works well & is quiet. 6. Lots of closet space. 7. Full size washer & dryer. 8. Property owner responded very quickly to replace a damaged TV remote control. 9. Easy access to the beach through security gates. That said, we found the unit to be lacking in the following respects, some of which can be easily resolved: 1. Because it's located on the second floor, the view of the beach is blocked by the dunes. (Can't fix that one!) 2. No curtain on the sliding door in the living room. Consequently, you can't block out the sun in the morning or the view of persons using the pool. 3. Needs at least one decent frying pan and perhaps a Keurig-type coffee maker. 4. The twin beds in the second bedroom are rickety and squeak quite a bit. 5. The bed linens and pillows were pretty old & thin. 6. Throughout our stay, we kept hearing what sounded like a pneumatic drill being used on concrete. The sound was faint and not particularly irritating but still noticeable. We heard it at all hours of the day and night. Our efforts to locate it were unsuccessful. The unit sits beside the building's storage area so the noise may be coming from there. 7. No garbage disposal.

Great condo in an Amazing location

My Wife and I spent a week here - I was partially working locally and partially on vacation. Rafael's space was clean, big, and in the middle of everything we needed. Hundreds of great bar/dining options within a 30 min walk or a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and of course amazing access to Jax Beach right outside our door. The condo building itself had ample parking, was very secure , but was easy to access with the key fobs provided. 100% would stay here again if in the area.

Overall a great experience

The condo was exceptionally nice, clean and well equipped. Since I am a light sleeper, there was a noise that kept me awake. It is hard to describe but it was like a motor running. However, it did not bother my husband. And being on the second floor, the view of the beach was blocked by the dunes.
