The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a shared front garden with lawn, a private balcony with patio and furniture, an external room for storage, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.1 miles you will find both an on-site shop and a pub, and please note that three well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. Town: On the heavily forested banks of the River Tamar, the tiny rural community of Gunnislake is located. Village bars and a limited number of shops are present.
