We had a wonderful stay at this home during our trip to Florida. The house was very spacious and gave our family plenty of room to relax and spread out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a family stay. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight for us. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it! The patio area was also very nice and larger than we expected, which made it a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the warm weather.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would happily come back again. We would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Florida.

Hi, I’m Gary! As a father of seven, some of our family’s best memories were made right here in Kissimmee. We fell in love with the area so much over the years that we bought this villa to serve as our own home away from home near the most magical place on earth. We’ve designed it to be a comfortable, fun retreat where families can unwind together, and I look forward to hosting you as you create lasting memories of your own!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

When searching for our family getaway, location, security, and top-tier amenities were our top priorities—and Windsor Hills checked every single box.

Widely recognized as one of the most prestigious, premier resort communities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, its location is simply unbeatable. Being just 2 miles (under a 10-minute drive) from Walt Disney World, you are literally as close as you can get to Disney property without staying on-site. When you're managing a busy day at the parks, that quick commute means effortless mid-day pool breaks, no long traffic delays, and getting the kids to bed fast after the fireworks.

Beyond the world-class location, we fell in love with Windsor Hills' 24/7 guarded security gate and outstanding resort amenities—from the massive lagoon pool and water park to the playgrounds and clubhouse. It offers the perfect blend of peace of mind, upscale resort perks, and quiet relaxation after an action-packed day.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Located right in the heart of Windsor Hills on the neighborhood's main thoroughfare, our villa places everything the community has to offer right at your fingertips. You are just a pleasant 8-minute walk to the main clubhouse and water park complex. That means your group can easily stroll over to grab snacks at the market, catch a movie in the 48-seat theater, work out in the gym, or splash in the lagoon pool without loading up the car or looking for parking.
