Beautiful place! It was well appointed with everything you could need! The owners were amazing. When an unlikely issue popped up, they were quick to reach out to us directly and make everything right as best they could. We would definitely stay here again!

From initial contact with the owner to check out this experience has been a joy. I can’t recommend this property or the owner enough. Clean and great location

House was clean and as described. It was well stocked with utensils, cups, and cooking supplies. The pool and whirlpool were clean. The furniture was is great condition. Note you cannot adjust the thermostat as it is locked.

The biggest area for improvement is the cleaning. While the surfaces appeared clean, it didn't seem like the home receives regular deep cleaning. The ceiling fans were so dusty that dust flew off when we turned them on, making them unusable. We also found a dead cockroach in one of the front bedrooms that should have been caught during cleaning. With frequent guest turnover, deeper cleaning should be a priority. The welcome packet also needs updating. It stated there was only a standard coffee maker, so we bought a small Keurig, only to find the coffee maker actually has a Keurig attachment built in. Having accurate information would have saved us the unnecessary purchase. Another suggestion is to provide more guidance for guests who are not traveling with a car. The welcome information seems to assume everyone will have their own vehicle. We arrived by Uber and planned to spend some time at the clubhouse before check-in, only to learn that the clubhouse does not assist with luggage storage or transportation. We had to keep our luggage with us until 4:00 p.m. and then arrange our own way to get it to the house, which is not within easy walking distance. The host did have the property managers assist us, which we appreciated, but knowing this information ahead of time would have allowed us to plan differently Overall we enjoyed our stay, but with improved deep cleaning and more up-to date, detailed guest information, this would be an even better experience.

For the benefit of future guests, we’d also like to clarify that Olaf’s Endless Summer is a privately owned vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort—not a full-service hotel. The resort does not provide luggage storage, valet service, or transportation between the clubhouse and individual homes, and these services are not available through private homeowners. While we always welcome constructive feedback that helps us improve, we believe it’s important to distinguish between items within a homeowner’s control and resort policies or personal travel choices. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home and an exceptional vacation experience, as reflected in the many families who have chosen to stay with us.

We’re a family of seven with five kids ranging from 7 months to 17 years—so yes, we know a thing or two about chaos, snacks, and the magic of a well-timed nap. Brett and I have been visiting Florida since we were kids, and now we’re passing that pixie dust on to our own crew. Olaf’s Endless Summer is our way of sharing the joy, laughter, and occasional sunscreen mishap that comes with a great family vacation.

Over the years, we’ve stayed in all kinds of places—from “barely Belle-worthy” to “almost Cinderella’s castle”—and we’ve built our home to meet the real needs of families. With five kids, we know what matters: space, safety, and sanity. That’s why our home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms (no sharing—hallelujah!), and a single-story layout. No stairs, no elevators, just park and walk in. Whether you’re wrangling toddlers or traveling with grandparents, it’s smooth sailing from check-in to checkout.

We’ve added themed rooms that make bedtime feel like an adventure—Star Wars™, Moana™, Princesses, and Frozen. And yes, the triple-decker bunk bed is real, and yes, it’s awesome. We also stock strollers, highchairs, wagons, playpens, and a toy room so full it might just rival Andy’s from Toy Story. Plus, we’ve got a BBQ grill on the honor system—because nothing says vacation like dad flipping burgers while humming “Hakuna Matata.”

We’re not just hosts—we’re your behind-the-scenes crew. We have a great management team, but we’ll also pick up the phone if you need help registering someone at the gate, making a last-minute change, or figuring out what to do your first night. Brett’s “Dad’s First Day Check-In List” is available upon request—complete with snack stops, pool priorities, and a reminder to charge your phone before 1,000 castle pics.

Our themed rooms are built with flexibility in mind. The Star Wars™ room features a custom triple-decker bunk bed that sleeps several kids, while the Princess room includes a pull-out trundle for extra space. Kids can each have their own bed, and adults still enjoy their own quiet retreat.
