A lovely 2-story maisonette in a quiet area with its own private garden. The house is great for groups of up to 6 people seeking relaxation and quiet. Within close proximity, you can find a number of beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, and convenience stores and within a short drive, you can find yourself in Ayia Napa or the center of Protaras.

On the ground floor, you will find the open space living area with the living room, the kitchen, a dining area, and a toilet. The living room has a comfortable sitting arrangement accompanied by a smart TV thus creating the perfect setting for relaxation while enjoying your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything from a full-sized stove to tableware, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and even a dishwasher let's be honest who wants to do the dishes while on holiday?

On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, the master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe, and a large balcony overlooking the private garden. The second bedroom has 2 comfy single beds. Also on the upper floor, you will find the main bathroom which features a shower, toilet, and sink.

In the backyard, you will find a beautiful and well-maintained garden along with furniture and sun lounges where you can sit under the hot sun and enjoy the hot summer sun while you achieve the tanning that you dream of.

For an easygoing beach break, family-favorite Protaras ticks a lot of boxes. Enjoy clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches. Fig Tree Bay is the center of all the beach action, but the entire shorefront has been beautifully manicured with a wide seaside pedestrian promenade that wriggles its way up the coast, past hotel lawns, and patches of golden sand, all the way to Pernera. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high-capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs, and associated facilities. Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation for catering more to family and Cypriot tourism. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island. Green Bay is the most popular dive site with thousands of first-timers trying scuba skills. The Blue Hole, the Chapel, the Decosta Bay, Malama bay. Protaras' most famous dive site for Technical Diving and Commercial Diver training is the Cyclops bay located on the border with Ayia Napa.
