In this house you can experience wonderful sunrises with far-reaching views over the mountains as far as Motovun. This is the ideal starting point for wine and truffle hikes, cycling tours and swimming by the sea. Novigrad and Porec are only 20 minutes away. The house is called "Art Circle Residence" because music and art are created there outside the tourist season. With approx. 170 m2, this former school has been converted into a large maisonette flat with 2 partially covered terraces and a separate entrance using the latest technology. A studio (80 m2) in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and terrace is used by the owner. The maisonette flat is rented to a maximum of 4 persons (plus possible child). The maisonette has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and a living/dining area, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. AC units provide air conditioning on both levels, and underfloor heating additionally warms the lower area in the cooler months.
