Dear Catriona, I am very sorry that you wrote what you wrote just because you got angry. Unfortunately what you say is not true and the fact that we have not accepted more guests than those for which you had booked was the reason for your anger. I'm really sorry that your only weapon of revenge is write tons of lie. We will continue to work well even with your negative review. You were a bad customer, dirty and rude, and eventually you turned out to be a great liar.
